Not up to standard

The location was alright.

Overall, the stay was below standard. The minimum comfort/service I expect when checking into a booking.com listed apartment was not met! Communication with the owner was very limited at best. After writing several times and calling 3 times on the provided number, we only receives instructions to get into the apartment as we were literally approaching the building. There was no key for us to enter the house when we arrived, so we waited in the hallway for over an hour (30degrees plus). Inside the apartment the towels were still drying, so we could not take a shower. There were also dirty foot stains on the wall above the headside of the bed! Lastly, there was not folder with instructions or word of welcome or any kind of communication about the apartment. The warm water was turned off, until we found out we had to turn on the boiler ourselves. Furthermore: amenities/facilities that were said to be there were either missing or broken. (See the list in the pictures). We had to iron shirts for an official event, but there was no iron at the house. The fan was broken, with it being 30+ degrees in the summer in Trieste.

Buona posizione, ottima per chi arriva in treno. Stanze grandi. Proprietari gentili, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli e fare il check out nel pomeriggio senza costi aggiuntivi

Non c’è TV, non c’è Wi-Fi. 4 piani a piedi ma lo sapevamo e per noi non era un problema. L’arredamento e’ funzionale ma un po’ troppo essenziale. In bagno non c’era il sapone per lavarsi. Era il we della Barcolana quindi i prezzi erano tutti particolarmente alti, però per i servizi offerti non posso definire il rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono.

Trieste, l'italienne-autrichienne

L'accueil, l'emplacement, la propreté, l'immeuble et l'appartement typiques. . L'immeuble et l'appartement sont anciens et il y a des escaliers mais l'ensemble est vraiment très propre et très bien. Il est situé à 5 min de la gare et d'un supermarché. Il y a un lave-linge et tout pour cuisiner. La communication a été très bonne et très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Godt nok på 4 sal, men en vældig sød værtinde, Fin Fin lejlighed med plads til 4 voksne og 2 børn, 5-800 til stationen og ca 10 på gåben til CentrumCentrum!! 😉
