Comodidade e ar condicionado no verão, além do responsável Federico, muito solicito e amigável.
Realmente existem barulhos vindo do teto do quarto devido a movimentações/passos de pessoas no andar de cima, em horários muito cedo, acabando sendo inconvenientes.

Location is great, window isolation is perfect, apartment nicely equipped, everything was great, owner communicative, responsive, supportive. Sofa bed had clean sheet but other linen was under the bed, very clean, ironed, perfectly prepared.
Noise from the apartment above, when the person stood up and walked to the bathroom we heard it as if he was in our apartment
