The perfectly located apartment in the old town offers a quiet and calm environment, ideal for a peaceful stay. The spaciousness and availability of all necessary appliances make it suitable for longer stays or families with children. Additionally, the convenient and easy check-in process enhances the overall experience.

Unfortunately, the apartment had a damp and humid smell, which persisted even with the windows open. It is possible that this issue improves during hotter weather, but it would be helpful for the host to open the windows before guests check-in to alleviate the odor.

The location is very good and the flat is very clean

The process to collect the keys on arrival and process our documents definitely needs to be improved. We arrived just before 7 pm but there was no one waiting for us. We were told that the keys were in a small safe attached to a rail next to the door but initially we could not find the safe (contrary to what we were told, it was not close to the door) and then we found the wrong safe (apparently, there are several properties in the area using the same key-collection method -- which can be very confusing). We were asked to scan and send the photos of our passports but we had to do it 2 or 3 times due to the photos allegedly not being of sufficient quality. All this can be acceptable in general but, given the high price of this property (nearly 250 EUR/night), I would have expected a better service.

The property had nearly everything you needed, still to cool not to have heating.

Location was very handy for us to other family.

The property was not comfortable heating wise. Even with restrictions on heating the heating didn’t come on when it was supposed too. Only one set of towels for the whole week!!! Only one tea towel for the week!!! Signs not to use dishwasher/ or washing machine 🥹 Most likely will not recommend this to family coming in July. 🧐

Geen ramen met zicht op binnenplaats/ straat etc. Ontvangst sleutels op andere locatie, met auto onhandig.

La struttura in buona posizione, ma i servizi di pulizia trascurati.

La posizione è buona, molto vicina al Centro e vicina alla Cattedrale di San Giusto e l’adiacente museo splendido di Johann Joachim Winckelmann. Poi anche la camera da letto era pulita e accogliente.

Il bagno non era affato pulita, il pavimento del bagno sporco, la scopa piena di cappelli e mucchi di polvere, una fessura nella doccia ammuffita nera, un solo tappetino per 3 persone in 4 giorni, subito sporcato, in cucina forbici sporchi. L’ ascensore al nostro piano non funzionava.
