Al Trionfo 3

Haben uns schon viel von den Bildern versprochen, aber die Lage vor Ort ist noch besser als gedacht!! Das Appartment ist wirklich klein für 4 Personen, aber es ging problemlos, man hockt ja sowieso nicht im Haus. Vor dem Haus ein Platz mit mindestens 6 wunderbaren Kneipen oder Restaurants, von dem man aber in der Wohnung nichts hört. Die Wohnung ist super-sauber, alles funktioniert problemlos, überall hängen Erläuterungen zur Nutzung der Klimanlage oder ähnliches. Die Dusche ist komfortabel, die Waschmaschine funktioniert einwandfrei, die Spülmaschine auch. Es hängt kein Nippes in der Wohnung, alles geschmackvoll und dezent. Alle Küchengeräte, die man braucht, sind da. Auch alle Sachen zum Putzen, sogar Seife im Bad. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist in Bahnhofsnähe, das Personal dort ist extrem professionell und freundlich. Auch bei Fragen stehen sie per WhatsApp innerhalb weniger Stunden zur Verfügung, bestimmt bei Bedarf auch schneller, brauchten wir aber nicht. Wir waren 10 Nächte da und wir hätten problemlos noch länger bleiben mögen!! Da ich mich ein bisschen in Triest verliebt habe, komme ich wahrscheinlich/hoffentlich sogar mal wieder! Wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Die Lage der Spüle ist wirklich nicht ergonomisch. Es gibt nur Fenster in winzige Innenhöfe und keine Aussicht. Aber das weiss man ja vorher. l

Mi è piaciuto tutto: l'appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico, al 4 piano con ascensore, in una bella palazzina. La casa è dotata di ogni confort: aria condizionata, divano letto grande, cucina con tutto l occorrente, casa spaziosa e molto silenziosa. La consiglio vivamente!

L'unico difetto è che in zona ci sono solo parcheggi a pagamento, essendo in centro storico. Abbiamo però ricevuto uno sconto del 15% da parte dell'agenzia da applicare al pagamento.

La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro città. La pulizia dell’appartamento ottima.

The location is very good and the flat is very clean

The process to collect the keys on arrival and process our documents definitely needs to be improved. We arrived just before 7 pm but there was no one waiting for us. We were told that the keys were in a small safe attached to a rail next to the door but initially we could not find the safe (contrary to what we were told, it was not close to the door) and then we found the wrong safe (apparently, there are several properties in the area using the same key-collection method -- which can be very confusing). We were asked to scan and send the photos of our passports but we had to do it 2 or 3 times due to the photos allegedly not being of sufficient quality. All this can be acceptable in general but, given the high price of this property (nearly 250 EUR/night), I would have expected a better service.
