Amazing location, modern spatious flat - but lacking some basics to be really perfect!!

Excellent location, great building, modern design. Amazing sound proof windows, so u r in the middle of the vibrant neighbourhood feets away from bars and cafes, but so quiet and pleasent for rest. Elivator is also a bonus! Great spacious kitchen, amazing shower! Very spatious. Love the vibe.

The main disappointment that ruined our stay is lack of the internet. It says the WiFi si "temporarily not available" and I hoped this was matter of days. When we arrived the same note was on the flat's instructions, so this is a permanent thing. No WiFi. And you have to understand not everyone is coming from the EU so roaming services and 4G are not available. We had further travel plans ahead so it was very inconvenient and stressful to be in touch with the next booking. We couldn’t search for restaurants etc. We are with a toddler so we cannot afford to sit and browse the internet while drinking Aperol. So this really ruined the general impression of a really great flat. At least, u can invest and buy a symbolic SIM card for 10 EUR and leave for the guests that don't have internet from their providers. Huge kitchen, but no electric kettle. And also not even 1 frying pan or dishtowel. Unfortunately, although the kitchen itself was clean, the dishes were not: plates, pots, salad bowls and cutlery. We had to wash it before use. In the bedroom left closet, unpleasant smell from used old cleaning cloths.

Gute Lage, wenig Hilfe vom Vermieter.

Die Lage (auch wenn der Verkehr schon stören kann) Der Grundriss der Wohnung ist sehr angenehm.

Die Schlüsselübergabe ist nicht akzeptabel. Wenn man gegen 21 Uhr anreist (war auch vorher angegeben) ist an der 2,5 km entfernten Adresse niemand. Dann telefoniert man. Niemand nimmt ab. Dann 15 Minuten später Rückruf. Nach 30 Min. kommt jemand. Dann muss man 2,5km zurück zum Appartement. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. - Die Sauberkeit läßt zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt kein Geschirrtuch. Der Filter bist unakzeptabel schmutzig. In der Dusche schwarzer Schimmel.. Im Abfluss sind noch die Haare des Vormieters. Platzdeckchen sind nicht sauber.. Die angebotenen Reinigungsmittel sind dreckig. Töpfe sind nicht sauber. Die Abzugshaube ist nicht gereinigt.

trieste bellissima e i triestini accoglienti e gentili! da tornarci e trascorrere almeno una settima

appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, arredato in modo funzionale e di gusto, dotato di tutti i comfort (a/c, elettrodomestici, caffettiera tradizionale, detersivi e biancheria pulita e profumata), comodo, anche i letti, pulito. dotato di ascensore, pur in un palazzo antico. situato in pieno centro a due passi da piazza Unità d'Italia. sotto casa il supermercato e panificio oltre a locali. la proprietà si è incaricata immediatamente di risolvere un piccolo problema alla doccia. il gestore super disponibile sin da prima del nostro arrivo e durante il soggiorno. eccellente! grazie!
