The house is located on the first floor of an Art Nouveau building of the 20th century and is located in the historic center of Trieste. It has a large entrance, decorated with statues, which offers a view of a large internal garden.
The apartment includes two rooms, the first, a triple with a sofa bed and two beds, the second with two beds that can also become a double bed, a living room with a sofa and a spacious kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartment has just been renovated (in 2016) and is fully equipped (linen, pots, plates, cutlery, etc.). It can accommodate from one to five people. Free WI-FI. At a distance of 80 m there is a paid parking.
From the structure in 5-10 minutes walk you can visit: the historical part of the city, Piazza Unità d Italia, the Cathedral, the castle of San Giusto, the remains of the Roman Theater and the Palazzo del Congresso. The White Pool and the beaches are not far.
The area is very quiet and well served by public transport; Restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets are nearby and within walking distance.
The house is 600m from Piazza Unità d'Italia, 500m from the Castle, 1km from the Ausonia beach, loved by the inhabitants of Trieste. 1. 5km from the train station and airport coaches. 1. 7km from the port of Trieste. The Miramare Castle is 5 km away and can be reached on foot along the town's seafront promenade or through the Barcola Pine Forest. Ronchi dei Legionari Airport is 30 km away.
