The rental company required us to complete an additional registration, even though we had already sent our passports in advance and followed the usual process when booking through platforms like Booking.com. We were also required to visit their office, which is located outside the city center—something quite inconvenient if you don’t have a car. Overall, this felt like an unnecessary waste of time. They also charge an extra fee for late check-in (from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm), around €20, which, in my opinion, was not clearly or transparently communicated before booking the apartment. Furthermore, the instructions for key collection were insufficient. They stated that the keys would be in a box near the building, but failed to mention that the box is actually about 50 meters away from the entrance. As a result, we had to call them several times to locate it. Initially, they didn’t answer the phone, and when we finally reached someone from the office, she seemed annoyed by our call. Finally, despite paying a cleaning fee of €82, we were instructed to use the dishwasher for dirty dishes and take out the trash, with the threat of being charged an additional €20 for cleaning if we didn’t comply.

Picit lehetne jobban felszerelt. Pl. Vasaló , vizespohár, cukor, só. De ezek csak apróságok
