Lovely apartment, but we will absolutely avoid Tibora Short Term Rent management company.
The apartment itself is very nice. One bedroom is not air-conditioned.
Tirabora Short Rent manages over 80 properties and lacks a hospitality orientation - they were horrendous: demanding, rude, unhelpful when problems arose. The apartment is located next to the train station, an important convenience for us. However, our entire party was required to sign their documents, so we walked 40 minutes with luggage round-trip on a very hot day away from the train station area to their office. They had problems opening the office door for us, repeatedly insisting it was open when it was not. They did not answer their phone. Our party, plus 6 other persons, were waiting in the heat. Inside, their floor and door were poorly marked. Their advance "welcome" text threatened that failure to send ID documents in advance via Whatsapp/email would prevent us from checking in at all. Key pads on gate to apartment and entry to building were consistently problematic taking at least 10 tries to work properly. We witnessed others having the same problem. The old technology lockbox on unit door was difficult to use in dim light, sticky dials and lever mechanism. One key only for entire group. "Welcome" instructions threatened fines for those who didn't take out trash, run the dishwasher, etc. Lovely apartment, but except for toilet paper, no amenities (no kleenex, coffee, salt & pepper,hair dryer) -- apartment is very bare of usual basics. All this was a shame, as the apartment itself was very nice. I do not give negative reviews lightly.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e ben posizionato.
Il posto auto a me riservato era occupato da un altro veicolo per tutti e due i giorni. Non ho trovato il bagnoschiuma e lo shampoo e il detersivo per la lavastoviglie. Per un soggiorno di due notti non pensavo di dover portare queste cose.

Da limpeza e claridade do imóvel, dos inúmeros armários, da localização, conforto para todos os hóspedes. Mesmo estando em seis adultos, dois dormiram na sala. O apartamento é muito maior do que parece nas fotos e isso deu bastante conforto. Não é ao lado da praça principal, mas com uma caminhada de 10 / 15 minutos chegamos lá facilmente. Recomendo, com certeza, Blue Life 1b Tirabora Short Rent para viajentes em Trieste.
A vaga de garagem é muito apertada e isso deveria ser levado em conta na hora de anunciar o apartamento. Poderiam negocoar outra vaga melhor caso os hóspedes tenham um carro grande. A garagem do prédio é enorme e não é fácil estacionar na rua próximo ao prédio.
