Kiváló elhelyezkedés, biztonságos parkolás. Az apartman kényelmes, tágas szobákkal rendelkezik, csendes. Pozítívum, hogy két fürdőszoba volt.
A klímák nem működnek jól. Legalacsonyabb hőmérsékletet állítottuk be, de ennek ellenére alig hűtött valamit. Ez főleg a nappaliban volt zavaró, ahol a nagy erkélyajtón nincs semmi sötétítési lehetőség, így a nagy kánikulában nagyon meleg van, még este is. Hiányoznak a konyhából alapvető dolgok, mint a só, bors, cukor, olaj. A tartózkodás során előfordult az is, hogy a főbejáraton nem működött a kód, ugyanis mint utóbb kiderült egy ott lakó kulcsra zárta az ajtót, még belülről sem tudtuk kinyitni. Szerencsénkre egy másik ott lakó pont akkor érkezett, így tudtunk bejutni este a késői órákban. A tisztaság nagyjából rendben volt, de a fürdőszobákban sok hajszállal illetve a folyósókon elég poros volt a folyosó.
