Nice apartment with bad parking

Apartment is big, full of lights. With nice rooms, good kitchen, nice living room. Good value for the price you will pay. Perfect location to stay in Triest.

Parking is terrible. You need to be very professional driver to park car between two concrete pillars. There is only free 2cm from both sides . If you don’t scratch your car you are ready to drive F1!

Beautiful, Bright and Spacious Apartment with All Amenities

Spacious and beautifully decorated apartment. Two bathrooms and two air conditioners made our stay very comfortable. Secure underground parking was a great bonus. The location is convenient — close to the central train station, a supermarket, and within walking distance of the city center. The apartment was clean and well-prepared for guests. The building felt safe, with a gated area and secure entrance. The staff were helpful and responsive. .

Everything was great. The only small suggestion would be to add a couple of extra chairs — one sofa was a bit small for a family of five.

Fast perfekt, wenn Anreiseformalitäten einfacher wären.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, neu und gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind großartig, die Betten sehr gut und trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Ein großes Plus ist der Balkon, mit eingeschränktem Meerblick.

Das Check-in ist sehr kompliziert. Obwohl alle Daten schon vorher samt Foto und Ausweis vorher übermittelt werden müssen ist es dann notwendig, durch die ganze Stadt zu fahren um (eigentlich was genau) persönlich in der Rezeption zu erledigen. (Code kommt elektronisch, Schlüssel in der Box). Auch wenn die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter bedauern, dass dies vorgeschrieben ist (von der Stadt?), ist es bei Anreise mit dem Zug mehr als beschwerlich, samt Gepäck zu diesem Office zu kommen und wieder retour, noch dazu, da die Wohnung ja gleich in Bahnhofsnähe ist und deswegen ausgewählt wurde.

Smještaj sasvim zadovoljavajući, administracija definitivno kvari ukupni dojam.

Stan je iznimno prostran, lijep i potpuno u skladu s fotografijama. Sve je novo, moderno, a veliki prozori daju mu puno svjetla i ugodnu atmosferu. Lokacija je praktična, a okruženje mirno.

Administrativni dio boravka bio je izrazito naporan i nepotrebno kompliciran. Na dan dolaska promijenili su lokaciju osobne prijave koja služi samo za plaćanje boravišne takse, što mi je poremetilo plan putovanja. Parkirno mjesto je preusko i neupotrebljivo za prosječan automobil. Stan bi mogao biti čišći — posebno prozori, kupaonice i kutovi — odaje dojam površnog održavanja. Najveći problem je količina uputa na whatsapp: dugačke upute, ponovljene poruke o obavezama gosta, priručnik na stolu, pa čak i prijetnje dodatnim naplatama za stvari poput ostavljene vrećice smeća ili perilice. Umjesto boravka bez brige, cijelo trodnevno iskustvo djelovalo je kao da moram polagati ispit iz korištenja apartmana, što definitivno nije ono što želim na odmoru.

Priestranný moderný apartmán v novej stavbe s vlaastným parkovaním v podzemí, čo je v Trieste obrovská výhoda. Vynikajúca poloha, kúsok od centra, dobre však prístupná autom, na skok od autobusovej a vlakovej stanice. Moderné vybavenie kvalitnými spotrebičmi a vybavením. Dve kúpeľne čo ocení väčšia rodina.

K ubytovaniu samotnému nemám žiadnu pripomienku. Avšak, spôsob registrácie je zdĺhavý a komplikovaný. Najskôr treba vyplniť online registráciu s fotkami dokumentov a následne treba návšetívíť v deň ubytovania kanceláriu v centre mesta, kde je problém s parkovaním ak ste autom + náklady na parkovanie. Dostanete akurát informácie k ubytovaniu a zaplatíte mestskú daň, kľúče už čakajú v schránke v ubytovaní alebo dostanete kód. Myslím že návšteva kancelárie je preto zbytočný krok a komplikácia.

Ich habe die Unterkunft gleich wieder gebucht, das sagt wohl alles… Ich freu mich auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Sehr, sehr sauber, Holzfussböden, zwei Bäder, Balkon, sehr gute Matratzen und ruhige Lage. Hatten ein sehr nettes Team, das uns gut betreut hat und stets erreichbar war.

Einzig das Ein-Check – Procedere könnte noch vereinfacht werden.
