Superb apartment, welcoming host, great neighbourhood, beautiful city! Don’t miss this!

The host Alessandro could not have been nicer or more welcoming. The property is beautiful, incredibly well appointed and spacious. It is in a lovely area of the city, a neighbourhood (Roiano) which has great bus links to the city center and to the north and it is very close to the Railway station. Close by is a Supermarket, a fantastic bar (Bar Maggio) super friendly, and lots of great small shops. Superb air-conditioning and the host is so generous in leaving lots of toiletries and food in the apartment. This is a must do, superb flat in a lovely neighbourhood in an incredible city.

L’appartamento é perfetto, curato in tutti i particolari. Comodo, pulitissimo e con ogni accessorio che possa essere utile. Silenzioso e soprattutto con un posto auto riservato sicuro e di accesso diretto alle scale che a Trieste vale oro.

Propreté et confort

Une propreté exceptionnelle rarement vue. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de l’hôte qui nous a permis d’entrer plus tôt que prévu dans l’appartement. Les chambres sont très grandes. Les lits très confortables. 3 serviettes de toilette par personne et même d’autres dans le tiroir si besoin c’est plus qu’ailleurs. Des ingrédients mis à disposition (café thé tisanes pâtes sauce tomate beurre lait etc..) une attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée. Nous avons rejoint le centre à pied et c’est largement faisable. Une bonne adresse de restaurant à proximité nous a été conseillée et c’est vraiment un bon plan pour celui qui aime le poisson bien frais. Cette location est à privilégier pour celui qui veut séjourner à Trieste dans d’excellentes conditions. Merci beaucoup Alessandro.

Muito boa e o proprietário é muito gentil e prestativo

O apartamento é ainda melhor do mostra nas fotos. Tudo estava em perfeita ordem e muito limpo. O sr Alessandro e sua filha Alice, nos aguardaram, pois o local de guardar o carro é diferente do endereço que consta no Booking (a entrada é pela rua de trás). Além disso, eles nos ajudaram com a bagagem (é bom lembrar que o apto fica no quarto andar, de escada) e nos mostraram tudo que precisávamos para uma boa estadia. Mas o mais encantador, é que o senhor Alessandro pensa nos mínimos detalhes para agradar o hóspede, desde as amenidades no banheiro até café, açúcar e adoçante, leite, biscoitos, torradas, diversos chás, e um bom azeite, aceto e temperos para uma cozinha rápida. Isso faz toda diferença. Ele também se preocupa em deixar adaptadores nas tomadas e está disponível para ajudar com suas sobre ônibus, restaurantes…

Para mim, no quarto de casal maior, o colchão é muito duro. Mas sei que isso é uma questão de gosto. A localização fica a 2 km do centro. Dá para caminhar, mas como estava bastante quente, compramos o cartão do dia e pegamos o ônibus da linha 8, bem na esquina do prédio, que para na praça da Unitta D’Italia.

Molto consigliato per chi viene a Trieste in auto con amici o in famiglia, si sta come a casa propria!

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia della struttura e la disponibilità dei vari prodotti per la colazione, il parcheggio riservato che a Trieste è molto difficile trovare e la vicinanza con il centro città. Alessandro è stato un host molto gentile e disponibile!

Fantasztikus

Jól karbantartott, jól felszerelt lakás. 3 szoba és a 2 fürdőszoba nagyon jó volt a csoportunk számára. A szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt mindenben. Alessandro érdeklődött nálunk a tartózkodásunk alatt, hogy van-e bármire szükségünk, és hogy elégedettek vagyunk-e a szállással. Fantasztikus volt, hogy a szállásnak van saját parkolója. Coop üzlet van a közelben, ami nagy segítség volt a bevásárlásnál. A vonat állomás a lakás közelében volt, ami számunkra még tökéletesebbé tette az itt tartózkodást, mert Velencébe és Padovába vonattal utaztunk. Szívesen foglalnánk itt újra.

Ottimo soggiorno di lavoro con tutti i comfort

Posizione perfetta tra il centro di Trieste e il centro congressi Generali. Appartamento spazioso e accogliente. Posto auto interno. Proprietario disponibilissimo ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni sia per la casa sia per il ristorante (ottimo). Acqua e rifornimenti di cibo vari per la colazione! Letto molto comodo con tanti cuscini e un piumone fantastico!

Triest und Wien zwei Städte die sich gleichen und doch unterschiedlich sind!

Das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar. Es gibt zwei Bäder mit Duschen. Der Supermarkt ist ein Häuserblock entfernt. Die alte Hafenanlage lädt zum Sparzierengehen ein.

Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist zwar von der Lage optimal. Leider sind die Parkplätze nicht fix zugeordnet. An machen Stellen wollen auch noch Motorradfahrer durchfahren und dabei wurde mein Auto über den Heckklappe mit einen wunderschönen Lackschaden verziert. Daten wurden keine hinterlassen, nur als sichtbares Zeichen wurde der Scheibenwischer aufgestellt. Lt. einen Italiener ist das das Symbol hier sollst du nicht parken :-(

Ottima Chicca

La posizione è ottima e la casa è comoda, pulitissima e accogliente munita di tutti i comfort occorrenti. I due bagni con doccia, il televisore in ogni camera da letto, i materassi comodi e l'impagabile parcheggio interno sono il valore aggiunto che ha reso il soggiorno a Trieste ancora più gradevole. L'Host Alessandro, persona disponibile, simpatica e gentilissima (ha pure pensato al regalino natalizio per il bimbo che era con noi), ci ha accolto personalmente per spiegarci il funzionamento degli impianti della casa.

L'unico piccolo neo è rappresentato dalla mancanza di ascensore: poca roba se non si hanno molti bagagli e non si hanno handicap.

Kellemes volt, és árban tökéletes volt

Közel volt mindenhez, volt egy busz ami elvitt mindenhova amihez kellett, kb a sarkon volt egyből a coop. Viszont a legjobb az az, hogy volt parkoló a kocsinak.

A szállással nem volt baj, egyedül az odajutás volt nagyon stresszes az utak miatt.
