Why is this place still in business, we spent most of the night awake killing bed bugs and if that wasn’t bad enough you had to put up with the stench of cigarette smoke. Definitely never staying again and will never recommend

Very good stay. 4.8/5 stars. Would highly highly recommend. You will not get a better stay anywhere else at this price. The hotel is actually an enormous apartment with many rooms within, and common facilities. Everything is very clean, regularly maintained, and the landlords clearly care about the quality. They do an excellent job keeping everything in order, and are helpful. Only reason it is not 5/5 is minor inconveniences with the building, not because of the hotel accommodations. E.g., door into building can be hard to open, lights do not turn on automatically in the halls (so at night it is PITCH black. You need a phone or flashlight). Again, not the fault of the landlords, but worth considering if you are an anxious traveler. Overall, great work. Would stay again.

This is not a hotel but a private appartement in the 3rd floor of a building, close to the train station, with 3 public bathrooms and 6-7 rooms! Main key for entrance to the building not working propperly, so you hope- after fidling around for a couple of minutes, not to have spend the night outside! Expedia should not market it as a hotel and charge hotel prices for it!!!!!

Listing clearly stated washer/dryer in unit…wasn’t but they could “help me out” by doing for 10euro a load for me. Location pretty quiet, but owners yelling and talking loudly all of the time…place really needed updating, sheets, towels seemed clean but really worn

Once you get past the unusual warehouse entrance and steel cage elevator, this hotel was a nice place to stay for a night. The room and shared bathrooms were clean and the property was quiet.

The check in wasn't smooth because apparently they didn't have our booking and instead of apologizing the man wanted to see how much we've paid and wouldn't listen to us and talked over us. All worked out in the end but he was rude and we didn't get the room we paid for. Be paid for a four bed room and got two "double rooms" instead, because again, they didn't have our reservation. All in all it was fine and it worked out in the end but the man was very rude about it in the beginning.

I had such trouble even finding this property, it's on the 3rd floor of a building, I walked around in the rain for 20 minutes looking for it whilst being on the road because there is no clear sign! I tried to call the number but there wasn't an answer. The only reason I even got in was because someone was coming out. Theres a small old lift in the centre which did help. When I finally arrived I was given the wrong room (I booked a double room) but I was given a room big enough for 6 people! It made me feel like someone was going to come in during the night. The bed sheets were horrible and felt dirty, I had to sleep on top of them. No ensuite, it's a shared bathroom outside your room! And the lady gave me keys that didn't work! In the morning I wanted to check out around 8:30 (which is a reasonable time) no one was at the desk so I just had to leave the keys and hope for the best. Also it's advertised as a B&B on the door of the property but there was no breakfast. Honestly the worst night my entire trip and I was away for a month. I woke up covered in bites and with back pain. NEVER staying there again!

Not the easiest place to find even if you are on the same street, and if you do find the building then you have to find the floor! The staff were friendly and the rooms were okay, 3 shared bathrooms which were okay and I'm not a fan of shared bathroom. Ideal location for the train/bus station. Would probably look for something better next time if possible but it did the job for one night!

This room was a good for fit for me. It had a great location and was clean. The room was big and i could open the window for fresh air. The staff were lovely. On the downside the lift was tiny and i only just managed to put my road bike in.

After arriving at the hotel and been let through the door down stairs by someone leaving the gym which is in the same building I found that there was no one there. After climbing 5 flights of stairs with my case I became annoyed that no one answered either of the hotel phone numbers. I then had to wander the streets at 11pm to find a hotel. I have never before been to hotel that has no one manning it or answers atleast one of there phones.
