Good location, bedbugs in the beds,unresponsive host

There were bedbugs in the beds. When we informed the host they did not offer alternative accomodation and pretended not to see the pictures sent to their email addresses.

One bed was not made when we arrived. I notified the agent via WhatsApp. I wasn’t impressed but found clean bedding in the cupboard and made a start. I received a reply to say he was glad I found the bedding! Realised I needed another sheet and messaged the agent again. No reply for the whole of our stay so our daughter slept on the bed without one. The weather was hot but it was rather weird for her.
Whole place needed a good clean through. Floors had hair and dust on them and bathrooms were tired and full of mildew. The jets in the spa bath were filled with soap scum and hair. Many plug sockets are hanging out the walls. Light fittings are broken and missing bulbs. No welcome in person or welcome pack of any description. Multiple pieces of furniture around the house, many of which had broken draws and cupboard doors. The microwave wasn’t plugged in and we couldn’t find the cable to plug it in as it was installed high up in a semi fitted unit. Kitchen tap was loose and dangled about. Free standing fans were broken or missing their stands so couldn’t be used. 2 air con units in the whole house which helped if left on full blast 24 hours a day. Veranda tiny and decorated with dead plants in pots and a dirty table.

Apsolutely wrong decision put one Air co in upper floor in middle hall and there is 3 rooms NO aircondition...every room must have Aircon cause it was absolutely UNPLEASENT to sleep there....and other rhing all ap there is no even One black out ...sun enter in 5.00....not good this space deserve mu much More

Great location, responsive host, fun city
Location was incredible. Space was gorgeous, bright, spacious, and clean.
It was warm as the air conditioning wasn’t working on the 2nd floor. Therefore, we couldn’t really use the second bedroom or the loft. We paid a lot to stay and we were excited to spread out after lots of time in tight quarters but ended up not being able to use it.

I spent only one day at this property but it was one of my best stays ever. My family and I really loved staying there,
I liked everything! the location is super central and perfect for all needs. I thought parking could be a problem but the San Giusto Garage is literally 1 block away, super easy and convenient. The smoothest check in ever experienced. The space is very large and inspiring, very comfortable rooms and beds, a kitchen with everything you need, clean nice bathrooms… the terrace is amazing… the list goes on.

there were a lot of minor repair jobs needed such as bulbs, shelves, lighting switches etc. overall it did not affect our satisfaction from the stay. just a little bit more attention would have been appreciated

Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso e ben disposto. Ottimo anche il check in e la comunicazione con l'host.
Purtroppo la struttura non era adeguatamente pulita e abbiamo riscontrato diversi interventi di manutenzione ordinaria da fare.Sistemate queste cose la struttura è valevole per posizione e potenziale.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la situación del apartamento.
Una de mis amigas sufrió una urticaria general, según el doctor se debió a picaduras de insectos, suponemos que de la madera.
Otro problema que tuvimos fue que teníamos el traslado del aeropuerto gratis, por Genius, booking puso una hora antes la llegada del vuelo y la empresa de taxis no pudo recogernos, tuvimos que pagar el traslado.

NIE WIEDER !!!
Gefallen hat uns, dass wir "nur" 2 Übernachtungen gebucht haben und das wir gelernt haben, VOR dem Buchen auch mal die Bewertungen zu lesen. Die Lage zur Altstadt ist allerdings perfekt, genau so die Parkmöglichkeit zum 3 Minuten entfernten Parkhaus (Parking San Giusto).
Es stimmt so gut wie nichts an der Beschreibung sowie den Bildern. Wir haben ein 175qm² Haus, diese Wohnung ist ca. ein wenig kleiner. Wie kommt der Vermieter bitte auf 350qm²????? Keines der Bilder entspricht der Realität. Diese wurden damals direkt nach der Fertigstellung erstellt. Heute befindet sich die Wohnung in einem desolaten Zustand und wird zudem unzureichend gepflegt bzw. gereinigt - es ist so gut wie ALLES entweder komplett defekt oder nicht mehr vollständig vorhanden: So wie das fehlende 4te Badezimmer, die zwei Klimageräte, die kurz vor dem AUS stehen und die gesamte Wohnung unzureichend kühlen (die einzelnen Schlafzimmer verfügen über keine Geräte). Die Dunstabzugshaube funktioniert nicht, das Tiefkühlfach sollte vor Nutzung gereinigt werden (ist ja jetzt gemacht). Auf der sehr ungepflegten sogenannten Terrasse (inkl. Kippen in den Pflanzen vom Vorgänger) sind nur zwei Stühle, der Balkon ist faktisch nicht zu nutzen, die Steckdosen hängen aus den Wänden, zur Nutzung des Gasherdes musste erst ein Feuerzeug gekauft werden, da nicht mehr voll betriebsbereit, sämtliche Jalousien sind entweder verbogen und nicht mehr nutzbar ... oder einfach nicht mehr vorhanden, es gibt so gut wie keine Wand ohne hässliche Abnutzungsspuren, Nachtschränke sind einfach mal nicht mehr vorhanden und das Kopfteil unseres Bettes auch. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist nur mit zwei Händen bedienbar, da nur lose in die Spüle eingesteckt. So geht die Geschichte unendlich weiter. Aus den Bewertungen ist zu entnehmen, das Vieles bereits vor Jahren bemängelt wurde, bis heute aber nie beseitigt wurde.
Fazit: booking.com tut sich keinen Gefallen damit, diese Wohnung weiterhin in ihrem Angebot aufzuführen! Wir sind GENIUS Level 3 Kunden und diese Wohnung hat leider den untersten, miesesten Platz errungen - erschreckend.

Un desastre i perillós per la salut
L'única cosa és la bona situació però l'estada ha estat molt desagradable.
El més important ha estat que el llit d'una habitació estava ple de XINXES que ens han picat i hem hagut d'anar al dispensari i buscar una alternativa en una hotel pel nostre compte, sense rebre cap resposta del propietari i sent molt difícil la comunicació amb booking.
A banda hi havia més deficiències com que una habitació no estava preparada, l'aixeta de la cuina trencada i lligada amb una cinta...

Großer Pluspunkt: Die Parkgarage befindet sich 3 Min vom Loft entfernt!

A casa não se apresenta como nas fotografias, o que é uma pena: tem muito uso e falta de manutenção. Chão gasto, alguns estores partidos, nos canteiros apenas ervas daninhas, algumas luzes fundidas, e a torneira do lava-louça na cozinha estava desencaixada e pendurada (este último ponto foi reportado ao anfitrião assim que entrei mas não houve reparação durante o tempo da estadia).
A reserva era para 7 pessoas mas apenas estava preparada para 6. Contactámos anfitrião (que foi rápido na resposta), mas o sofá tivemos de ser nós mesmos a preparar, apenas nos foram deixados os lençóis pela equipa de limpeza.
Quartos sem estores e cortinados sem black out, portanto sem qualquer redução de luminosidade.
Check-out às 10h, mas limpeza chegou antes da hora, não cumprindo o horário.
