A clean, chain hotel well kept, except for tired mattress which gave no support.

The mattress was terrible. Extremely soft and you sunk into the middle. I woke every morning with a sore back.

Thieves - HORRIBLE

Horrible staff - we had money, headphones and some other items stolen from our room. All the staff just tried to cover for each other. Even had Find my iPhone app showing item in the room but when “they checked” this item got turned off at the same moment.

Too many mistakes or "misunderstandings"

We did not like much, the room we got it was occupied and we ran into strangers in our room, it was embarrassing but we all laughed for the misunderstanding. Went downstairs and they apologized for the mistake. Got another room and it was the most disgusting smell, like sewers, we had to come back to the lobby and change room again. Finally and luckily 3rd time was a charm.

The room were extremely small, they shouldn't say it's a room for family of 4 because the beds were really really small. Breakfast was very limited, not too many options.

Great choice for a short trip to Juriquilla!

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds and tasty breakfast! Additionally, we really appreciated the available parking space, the availability of the pool and the convenient location, close to Juriquilla.

The food in the restaurant outside the breakfast time was really not recommendable. On several occasions, it was not well cooked and the waiting time was quite long.

Breakfast was good and healthy. Excellent service. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom simple but accurate. Good Air conditioning .

There was no closet, furniture is minimalist and Small TV set. They had problem with one of the Elevator all the time. The Restaurant has open space till the roof so out of the room you smell the food.

Nice proper room, bad and limited service.

Location and Design.

Our room was ready until 10 pm! Staff stated that it wasnt their problem. We had just traveled many hours with two children who were tired and starving. The room was supposed to be ready at 3 pm. We never received an apology for that concern.

everything was good until the day we checked out and my husband came across with that big dog in the parking lot.

my husband had to go and get the van from the parking lot and you guys had a big dog that almost bit him. he went to tell the receptionist and she didn’t do nothing about it.
