Definitely too expensive for the experience

The size of the suite was very good. Also rhe fact that has a swimming pool and a basketball court.

My room was dirty. Breakfast setup was not good (accommodation of the bar). There was not enough personal for the kitchen and breakfast area making it very unpleasant to eat there given the fact that the hotel was full. There was not enough food and the area was not clean.

Exceeded our expectations

The breakfast was good, our room was spacious, there were nice common areas in the lobby, a laundry room and the pool though a little small, was nice and warm. My kids only want to stay in a City Express suite from now on, no other hotel.

Nothing. Maybe waffles for breakfast would have been a great touch.

It’s was ok but I will never stay there again!

I like the hotel had the breakfast included but they can offer better options for food. It was nice to have a pool at the hotel specially traveling with kids.

The room had a kitchen but no suppies. The bathroom was not clean as it should be we had to complain.

Good location if you require to stay in that area, the hotel is clean, comfortable and room good

The room space, the parking is safe. We are a family of 5, we took a double bed room which included a sleeping sofa, making our stay more comfortable

Room, rate, cleanliness, and breakfast + kitchen staff lady, very attentive.

A shuttle was supposed to take us to city center about 20 mins. After an hour I had to inquire about status. Shuttle never came.

The room bathroom was not clean. There was too much noise, you could hear everything in the next room and in the hallway. Hotel was crowded, we were unable to take included breakfast.

Inviting hotel with lots of amenities

The customer service is top notch, very friendly and attentive staff. Our room had a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. They allowed our family to access public areas during the stay, like the pool and game room. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, will definitely return in the future.

Elevators require a room key, so carrying luggage and breakfast plates was inconvenient unless I had a third arm.

The staff was excellent! They allowed our family to visit and use the bbq/pool area during the day, they were very accommodating.

Close to Perfect!!

Super Friendly Staff, Clean and Spacious Accommodations, Comfy Bed, Good Natural Light. Brian at the desk assisted us in ordering a pizza and we were so grateful !!!!!

The kitchenette had pots, pans, plates, but no glasses or flatware. We had paper/plastic products with us, so it wasn’t a big deal, but having glasses & flatware would have been nice.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Loved the rooms and they were very clean and comfortable. Super market in walking distance and Walmart , mall etc. easy access to catch the bus . No complaints at all . Will stay again if needed ! Also breakfast was great

La habitación es amplia y cómoda, pero la limpieza en el baño había cabello en el piso y en las sabanas. Una sacudida.

El desayuno solo había huevo, en 1 hora no se volvió a surtir salsas para los chilaquiles.

Es un buen sitio, muy bien ubicado.

Pésimo servicio, pedí por este medio una habitación con una cama KING y cuando llegue después de haberme hecho el cobro me dijo la recepcionista que no tenía esa habitación y me había asignado una habitación con dos camas, que estaba el hotel súper lleno… sin consultarlo. Luego de molestarme mucho, resultó que siempre hubo habitaciones disponibles solo que no quería darme lo que yo había solicitado, pésimo, pésimo servicio.

Se escucha absolutamente todo, y te despierta hasta la persona hospedada arriba, el sillón que marcan como sofá cama es muy muy incómodo y no recomiendo el Hotel en caso de ser más de 2

Suficiente

Buenos espacios en las habitaciones. Buena cama y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Precio muy favorable. Buenos estacionamientos. Y cerca de algunos restaurantes muy buenos.

Tiene problema de olores de alcantarillado. Falta algún sistema de extracción en las habitaciones pues no dejan abrir ventanas. Da un tanto la sensación de claustrofobia en la habitación. El Gimnasio muy básico, no da como para categorizarlo de gimnasio. Es solo una caminadora y una elíptica con unas mancuernas. Es lo mismo que puedo tener en casa. No es lo suficientemente agradable para estadías largas, que era lo que pretendía.

Vale lo que pagas.

La atención del personal fue magnífica, en especial de la de mostrador Pam, desde la ocasión pasada, en este mismo mes de agosto su atención y actitud de servicio es muy buena y profesional. El día que llegamos fue el 18 de agosto en el turno de noche, por si me equivoco en el nombre.
