Definitely too expensive for the experience

The size of the suite was very good. Also rhe fact that has a swimming pool and a basketball court.

My room was dirty. Breakfast setup was not good (accommodation of the bar). There was not enough personal for the kitchen and breakfast area making it very unpleasant to eat there given the fact that the hotel was full. There was not enough food and the area was not clean.

Exceeded our expectations

The breakfast was good, our room was spacious, there were nice common areas in the lobby, a laundry room and the pool though a little small, was nice and warm. My kids only want to stay in a City Express suite from now on, no other hotel.

Nothing. Maybe waffles for breakfast would have been a great touch.

It’s was ok but I will never stay there again!

I like the hotel had the breakfast included but they can offer better options for food. It was nice to have a pool at the hotel specially traveling with kids.

The room had a kitchen but no suppies. The bathroom was not clean as it should be we had to complain.

Good location if you require to stay in that area, the hotel is clean, comfortable and room good

The room space, the parking is safe. We are a family of 5, we took a double bed room which included a sleeping sofa, making our stay more comfortable

Room, rate, cleanliness, and breakfast + kitchen staff lady, very attentive.

A shuttle was supposed to take us to city center about 20 mins. After an hour I had to inquire about status. Shuttle never came.

Big rooms. Location and Parking Lot

The room bathroom was not clean. There was too much noise, you could hear everything in the next room and in the hallway. Hotel was crowded, we were unable to take included breakfast.

Inviting hotel with lots of amenities

The customer service is top notch, very friendly and attentive staff. Our room had a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. They allowed our family to access public areas during the stay, like the pool and game room. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, will definitely return in the future.

Elevators require a room key, so carrying luggage and breakfast plates was inconvenient unless I had a third arm.

The staff was excellent! They allowed our family to visit and use the bbq/pool area during the day, they were very accommodating.

Close to Perfect!!

Super Friendly Staff, Clean and Spacious Accommodations, Comfy Bed, Good Natural Light. Brian at the desk assisted us in ordering a pizza and we were so grateful !!!!!

The kitchenette had pots, pans, plates, but no glasses or flatware. We had paper/plastic products with us, so it wasn’t a big deal, but having glasses & flatware would have been nice.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Loved the rooms and they were very clean and comfortable. Super market in walking distance and Walmart , mall etc. easy access to catch the bus . No complaints at all . Will stay again if needed ! Also breakfast was great

Imposble hacer que facturen

He pedido varias veces mi factura y no es posible que me sigan poniendo pretextos. Es una falta de respeto al cliente estar haciendolo pedir y llamar varias veces para solucionar algo que deberia de ser automatico. Estoy a punto de reportar esto.

Hotel con excelente alberca climatizada!

Un hotel bien ubicado con una alberca, climatizada maravillosa para estar con los niños un fin de semana. Tienen un área de juegos con futbolito y juegos de mesa sin costo para fomentar convivencia. Está cercana a centros comerciales, restaurantes y supermercados. Tiene un estacionamiento seguro privado. Volveremos!

Casi perfecta

Es un lugar agradable, en general todo está muy bien, la habitación bien, las camas, la cocina, la alberca cable encantó a mis hijos con agua climatizada, el desayuno bueno.

Lo más desagradable de la estancia fue la limpieza del sanitario, tenía marcas de moho y de sarro lo que deja en evidencia de la deficiente limpieza del sanitario; personalmente eso es muy importante y creo que es una gran área de oportunidad para el hotel. Tuve que ir por un pato purific y cepillo para limpiar la taza. Lo demás no hubo problema.

El desayuno bueno aunque faltó más variedad. La ubicación buena, junto a una de las avenidas principales. La habitación cuenta con cocineta lo que es una ventaja.
