Not worth and I will never come back to any Oasis, if they don’t change, there is no way ot will continue existing

Location close to the Ferry to Isla mujeres

If you go, ask for the Sens upgrade. Unfortunately, I found out about it too late. Even when you ask during check-in, the staff are not well trained and do not explain things properly. Breakfast at Oasis Palm is the worst. All the food at this hotel is diluted — it feels like they turn one dish into three. Everything is watery, has no flavor, and is disgusting. There are very few chairs at the beach. They are old plastic chairs, many are broken, and there are enough for maybe 15% of the guests. The room at Sens is okay. I am not sure about Oasis. Portion sizes at the restaurants are a joke — literally baby portions. You can’t say it’s all inclusive, it’s a joke. Snacks by the beach are terrible.

Wonderful and peaceful

Feels like being in a small town just few blocks from a very modern city.

The hacienda is very well maintained and once you are there, you just feel in the province, very far from all the city noise… but just 5 minutes away there is a vibrant city, huge malls, delicious restaurants… great experience!

I would not recommend staying here. Very disappointing experience for the price.

Not much. There were only a couple of pleasant interactions that we had with hotel staff.

Our room was located quite far from the main entrance and lobby, which would have been fine, except it seemed the level of care and cleanliness in this area was neglected. The room had an unpleasant smell when we arrived. We had to open the window for some ventilation. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we even noticed some bugs that were squashed and left on the wall which was quite off-putting. Being on the first floor, the room was also poorly lit, and the sound insulation was bad. We could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms - beside, across, and above us. On top of that, someone (either housekeeping or whoever), decided to collect our neighbor's room service dishes at 3 am even though they had been left there since earlier in the day, waking us up. We also paid for the breakfast buffet the next morning. Unfortunately, the food was substandard and not worth the $30USD per person. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price we paid.

Excelent alternative near Jurica, Juriquilla and Altea.

Very clean, lots of space and new or recently updated rooms.

Breakfast buffet has too many options but is food quality and taste can be improved. It is big but a bit short on staff and when it was full waitress almost disappeared and it took 15min. To get the check and pay
