internet was very bad the air conditioning didn’t work but they did bring a fan one dryer was terrible, after two cycles and the clothes were still not dry we changed machines and it worked.

El aire acondicionado no servía y pasamos noches muy calurosas, se reporto y no fueron capaces de ubicarnos en otra habitación; el desayuno muy feo y el servicio pésimo ya que tenias que avisar si iban a sacar más platillos, vasos y loza.

Excelente atención e instalaciones

Todo estuvo excelente, las instalaciones están en excelentes condiciones, las camas son demasiado cómodas y la alberca climatizada está muy a gusto y tenían variedad en las cena, en general superan las expectativas de lo que ofrecen.

Lo único que mejoraría sería dar más variedad al desayuno, sabemos que es tipo americano pero pueden tener más variantes económicas ya que todos los días era exactamente lo mismo.

Muy agradable y buen servicio. Faltó que entregaran una segunda llave para entrar al GYM, solo había dos toallas en el cuarto y nos hospedamos tres; la secadora no servicio.
