Lift doors are dirty scratched and do not give a good impression, while clean hallway carpets and rooms compensate fortat.

Location, very close to the station and it’s easy to walk to the old town.

The bunk beds were a bit different from other usual a&o hostels and they were a bit hard to climb. The lifts were a bit old fashioned (you had to open and close the doors to operate the lift - not fully ideal for accessibility but it’s good a have two lifts). Staff was polite and efficient but could have been a bit warmer.

heating was really nice. location is really good. cafeteria and seating area was good.

There could be better insulation from outside noise. The cars movement and emergency vehilce sound was heard very loud which broke the sleep. Elevators could be maintained better.

Everything is very good. It's near the train station ( it's ok for me ) . There are everything. The more important was for me is the cleanliness. I recommend it. The price/quality ratio is very good.

Fabulous and lovely

The reception staff were amazing helpful and very kind, The place looks clean and comfortable.

Only the covers of the bed need a little more caring about the cleaning. Also the blanket and pillow needs to be change from time to another to smell more clean

The reception was very affordable and vibing. Staff was highly profesional and supportive and the location was perfect because was closer to the Bahnhof.

The sheets and blankets from the other guest were not Taken. Then, I have that stuff in My bed.

Friendly affordable place to stay

Very polite and friendly staff, both reception/bar staff and housekeeping guys. Good location and not bad value. Great atmosphere in communal area and a bit of entertainment. Good size family room with private bathroom. Could do with Aircon or fans as was rather hot night...but would highly recommend

I slept in a room with a guy who had smelly feet and was snoring very loud. It sounded like he has apnea and that I had to call an ambulance at any moment. After reassuring myself long enough that he would suffocate in his misery I put on my earplugs and got some sleep. The morning I dat in the lobby and suddenly the hostel's desk employee slithered in my direction and told me that because a woman complained that i assumingly visited the women's toilet that morning. Since i did not visited a toilet on that day even i tried to convince the pathetically looking employee that he should look back on the cameras that the woman had been complaining about another person. Quickly the manager came and threatened that police would be called if I didn't leave the premises immediately. I quickly got my stuff and on my way out even a consternation followed that for some of their luck i managed to de-escalate timely.

Located near railway station.

This hostel was not for me. The bed was uncomfortable and difficult to get in and out off. The room was hot so the window had to be open. Plus the noise from the announcements from the station. No lockers in the room, luggage room and pay for lockers near reception.

Individual showers for the shared rooms of four people were nice.

Not enough space to just hang out for how many people are coming through the hostel. 4am check in shouldn’t be put in a shared room if possible to avoid.

Comfy and Convenient Stay in a Friendly Hostel at a Solid Location

The rooms, beds and bathroom were clean and comfy. The room had a good view of the city. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to help if needed. The location was super convenient right by the train station, which was great for getting around. Overall, great value for the price.

Really bad sound barrier of window. It's close to the train station, but to be fair we are not bothered by noise from trains, instead the vehicles from the street, I never see such horrible quaility window in any German building. Bed and pillow are unfortunately not comfortable. And please really think about to reduce the amount of spam messages, I received 8 emails telling me I can download your App and have do quick check in, PLEASE be aware that this is really annoying!

One night on the way

Late check in. Not so loud like others write. Boxes with tissues in toilet. My bed was comfortable.

Poorly marked parking entrance... which didn't matter anyway as it was crowded anyway (short walk to APAG Parkhaus Hauptbahnhof car park, recommended, €12 per day, so for that price we explored the city leaving the car after checking out).
