This looks like a great hotel from the outside but our room was disgusting. I would not stay again.
It is in the perfect location. There is a nice room to work in the lobby. The room had a refrigerator and a nice view.
The room was extremely outdated and tattered. The drapes were falling off the wall, The carpet was old and stained. The two chairs were worn and really dirty. The breakfast staff was not helpful or nice. I had to place a towel on the chair to sit on.

Time in Aachen
The location of this hotel for visiting the Aachen Cathedral was great! It was easy to walk to all the sites we wanted to visit and there were so many food options available nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to directing us into their underground parking. The breakfast was more than ample with much variety and good taste! The room was clean and comfortable.
There was nothing to dislike! This is a very nice, basic hotel that met all our needs.

Great Aachen base, particularly for cyclists
Excellent, modern hotel bang in the centre of town, a couple of minutes from all the sights. Very accommodating for cycle tourists with secure bike parking facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful
Some rooms face onto the street which can result in some late night and early morning noise from party goers and the town's very effective bin men
