Basic Room

Straight off the motorway, so no messing around. Staff very helpful and polite. Dinner food available if required. Pretty quiet, did hear a little from upstairs but nothing enough to bother. Room was clean, although freezing upon check in, it did warm up a little but the radiator is ancient!

Forgot that budget really means budget! Used to Premier Inn and Travelodge, rooms very basic. Barely room to get round the bed to the TV. Food that is clearly microwaved is a little expensive really! However couldn't do much as nothing else open on the day of arrival Could do with a kettle but not sure it's much of a thing in Europe by the looks of it! The bed on top doesn't have a duvet but a bed throw which is a bit odd, only 2 pillows for the double bed but luckily had my own in the car anyway.

Reception sucks

Reception sucks on the wall of elevator of this hotell a warning to help stop about abu... se children but in the reception nobody even ask ANY dicument of my children.

all. Dirty rooms, atmosphere of the place Mainly the woman in the reception. Very low educated, unpolite and unfriendly person ever seen. Should not work with people since she looks like very irritated ( seems she works obliged there) to deal with service. This woman is burning tne business of this hotel maybe she do it with her propose, who knows?

Close to highway and easy to access.

Practically arranged room. Comfortable and clean bed. Very friendly and professional receptionist. Good value for breakfast. Parking is right front of the building.

Cigarette smell all over the corridor and in our room regardless of the no smoking sign.

Pay a few euros more and get an exponential value for money, by staying somewhere else.

It had a lift to get to the upper floor

The mattress was not very comfortable. The main doors to the hotel are not aromatic so very hard as a disabled person to gain entry. The receptionist was interrupted whist dealing with my check in, by another guest, instead of telling them to wait, as they were dealing with me, had to wait whilst the other guest went on and on about their problems. The noise from the motorway can be heard through closed windows, so get a room at the back. The breakfast was very basic and lots of things had run out. For a few euros more you can get a better quality hotel in the area, probably won’t be staying there again. It was an eye opening experience.

Worst hotel I have stayed in over in Europe. Hotel is right next to a very busy motorway, with large HGVs rolling by all night. No air con or fans, so you have to open window with increased traffic noise. Poor sound proofing. Carpets dirty in room, lots of stains and dust. Poor cleaning.

Good night stay and location

Hi We were travelling and needed a one night rest and found that the hotel staff and the hotel was very friendly. It is close to the border and the motorway so easy access. It seemed safe and has private bathroom in the room.

The shower and toilet are not together, it wasn’t a big problem however the shower door being a little bit see-through was a bit inconvenient however we flung a towel over the door so all good.
