Nice accessible hotel with ample parking, nice restaurant and decent breakfast.

Pool was a bit chilly ; we got a whole explanation why our kids (between 10-15 years old) cannot go alone in the pool. We were traveling with 5 kids and got challenged during dinner on how they will sleep and in which rooms. We got "a warning" that they should be quiet and that no noise will be tolerated. Quite strange...

A great spot for a stop-over

The room was very clean. It had everything we needed. It gave us what we expected. Breakfast was nice and staff was super friendly.

The mattress was quite hard. Yet we still managed to sleep decently.

I would accept the standard if the price was 30% lower.

Friendly and fast service. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast (only the coffee was tasteless).

190 euro per night and the room looked like a sanatorium in Eastern Europe - just beds, a wardrobe, a table and that's it. We're talking about a hotel in the middle of nowhere (and beside the street, not in a secluded, quiet place) - I see no reason to go there specially. The sauna is offered for 3 hours a day.

We had a very relaxing time

I liked the pool and that the rooms are open towards the inner yard. If you’re traveling with kids, they can play outside and just in front of the rooms. The food was ok too :)

Just a detail - I didn’t expect cleaning staff to just enter the room if not asked for. It’s slowly not a regular practice in many hotels anymore, so if you don’t want them to enter the room while you’re having breakfast, make sure to leave the red indicator on your door handle. I was surprised to see the room cleaned on the first morning (I was not prepared for it and also I dislike when my space is being entered to without a permission).

Pleasantly surprised by great family hotel!

Spacious family room with good beds and complete furnishings. Light with big windows. Swimming pool is great! Clean and good change area. Pleasant grounds and good restaurant. Breakfast buffet was excellent . Thank you!

The photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality at least for the room we got. The furniture were very old but the room was clean. The personnel was not friendly.

Terrific hospitality in a very nice hotel, for family or anyone traveling for business or leisure.

The hospitality from the owners was terrific. Very nice chats with the owner of this business that has last already for 5 generations. The pool is awesome for the kids. Breakfast was nice and complete. And the location was great to visit Germany (Koln, Aachen and Monschau), The Netherlands (Maastricht) and Belgium (Liège).

The furniture of our large apartment need some renovation.

pet friendly best option close to the highway

The hotel was great for my stop during a road trip, has a quick access to the highway, the restaurant accepted my dog during the dinner and also has a decent breakfast. My room was impeccable, very clean and tidy.

My room was big but almost empty, I believe it could have paintings in the wall to make a little more cosy. Would be nice have in the room some info about the breakfast time, wifi password and etc.

Nice stay in pleasant surroundings

We were nicely surprised by this new (or recently refurbished?) family-run hotel. It is very cozy, laid out in a "motel" style where each room is entered from either the courtyard or a courtyard balcony. We did not use the swimming pool but its use was offered. The courtyard garden and surroundings are beautifully kept and fit well with quite picturesque neighbourhood of Eynatten. There are five restaurants within a walking distance if you happen to arrive, like us, on Sunday night when the hotel restaurant is closed. The breakfast was very good and when there was a slight confusion as to the time the brakfast started, the family started running around and managed to start the breakfast within minutes after our (early) arrival to the breakfast room. The location close to the highway makes it a nice place to stop on a long journey.

There is nothing to complain about but a tea/coffee-making set in the room would make it absolutely perfect.

Relaxing one night family stay on the Belgian border, next to Aachen

The Hotel is a very old establishment, that was remodelled and extended recently. We had an upper appartment on the side of the road. The flat wass very clean and maybe lacked some pictures and homelyness, but everything was really new and comfy. The breakfast was a hotel breakfast in the main building. It was good, but nothing spetacular. The pool was nice to cool down after a day of travel.

The room was very good isolated and up to modern standards, esp the windows kept out the sound of the noisy and busy road really good. Unfortunately we had to keep a window open due to the heat and our kids woke up early around 5 due to the busy traffic next to the roundabout. The outside areas seems to be a bit cramped together due to the new buildings and pool house. A few quite relax areas would have been nice.
