A lovely surprise despite being some way out of central Aachen

Superb breakfast, very pretty town, friendly and helpful staff

Breakfast was very nice. The only (small) downside is that there was only one person attending so service was a little slow, but she did her very best and the quality was good!

Clean hotel

The rooms are very old style. The bed was ok. Pillow and sheets are not satisfactory. Small bed (140cm) for two persons is not ok. Breakfast was ok but not fantastic. High price for medium quality. 70-80 Euro would be more reasonable..

This is NOT a boutique hotel, but a rather shabby B&B !

No lift ! We have an elderly dog who really struggled with flights of stairs ! The furniture and the furnishings in Rosebud were of the poorest, cheapest quality, especially the polystyrene & red plastic headboard ! The stick-on bathroom hooks fell off when anything was hung on them. The paintwork was badly chipped & needed decorating. There was no secure, hotel parking, just had to find somewhere on the road, which late at night is not good !

Wir mussten aus persönlichen Gründen kurzfristig übernachten - es war überteuert und mittelmäßig.

Das Frühstück war höchstens durchschnittlich mit wenig Auswahl und einer mittelmäßigen Qualität.

In der Not für eine Nacht, aber viel zu teuer

Das Hotel war gut zu erreichen. Parken konnte man vor dem Haus auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen. Fussläufig ist die historische Altstadt zu erreichen. Frühstück war in Ordnung, mehr Auswahl als vermutet . Wir konnten gegen einen Aufpreis ein Zimmer mit größerem Bett bekommen . Das ging reibungslos

Das Hotel macht nach der Eingangstür einen schäbigen , renovierungsvedürftigen Eindruck . Alles alt , altmodisch eingerichtet und wahllos werden Stile und Gegenstände kombiniert in den Zimmern. Renovierungspotenzial vorhanden. Laut Internet gab es einen Hof mit Sitzgelegenheiten, man kam aber dort gar nicht hin. TV hatte schlechten Empfang und der Aufpreis für ein Zimmer mit größerem Bett war happig . Wer 70iger Jahre Style mag ist hier genau richtig . Das Wort „ Design Hotel“ ist ein Witz.

Mooi en prettig hotel dicht bij de Eifelsteig.

Een mooie locatie dicht bij de Eifelsteig. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Mooie kamers. Mooie ruimte waarin het ontbijt geserveerd werd.

Kamer Memphis en de andere kamer op de tweede verdieping hebben nogal smalle bedden.

Nie wieder! Es gibt zahlreiche verständnisvollere Hotels als dieses!

Die Lage an der Vennbahn-Radroute. Die Nähe zum Biergarten am Bahnhof Kornelimünster.

Schade, dass die Gastgeber*innen bislang bei booking.com nicht von der Option Gebrauch machten, auf teilweise auch kritische Bemerkungen der früheren Gäste zu antworten! Wie ein vorwurfsvoller Anruf der Eigentümerin bei mir zeigte, scheint man nur an kostengünstiger Abwicklung des Hotelgast-Besuches interessiert zu sein (dessen individuelle Wünsche wie zB Zimmer in der 1. Etage nicht interessieren). Hat man dort schon mal überlegt, wie man zusätzlich zum anonymen Einchecken (kein Personal vor Ort verfügbar) dem Gast auch - das Ausfüllen des Meldescheins, - die Zusendung einer Kopie des Personalausweises, - den Zahlungsvorgang als Voraussetzung zur Bekanntgabe der Zutrittsziffern und des Schlüssels zu delegieren, - und das Frühstück gegen Gästegutschein an ein nahegelegenes Café am Korneliusmarkt zu delegieren, damit der GESAMTE Buchungsvorgang nebst Gästebesuch zu 100% OHNE Inanspruchnahme eines Menschen mit hohen Personalkosten abgewickelt werden kann?

Leistung passt nicht zum Preis.

Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ohne Klimaanlage. Es war unerträglich heiß. Alles sehr alt und einfach. Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch. Da könnte einiges verbessert werden. Zu dem Preis sehr schlechte Leistung.
