People at the reception were nice and the room as well.

We'd chose the hotel for the restaurant, but it was hardly available. Moreover, the manager was could be rude.

Amazingly spacious

A huge room that was apartment size with your own balcony - I almost thought I’ve booked the wrong room. Very clean, spacious, central location, nice spa and international staff. The room had a microwave and a big fridge, which was amazing!

The room came with a kitchen, but didn’t have supplies to cook. I assume this was intentional. Supermarkets and dinner options aren’t close nearby.

Old Hotel in Aachen

The hotel was situated in a quite location and the staff was very gentle

The rooms we got (2) were old and nothing like the pictures both the bedroom and the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable especially the one of the sofa bed. We asked for an extra crib and it was not in the room upon our arrival.

Room is huge, but needs a refresh. Close walk to bus stop. Large variety at breakfast.

Interior Very dated. A little out of the center so you will need to bus or drive. Parking expensive in garage but there is free parking on the street if you can find some available.

Clean, Restaurant was really good,

I Booked a comfort room, the Rooms were old, basic and dated, in real need of an update, photos online are misleading and rooms are not modern as the photos show, so we asked for a move to a more modern room but I was told we needed to upgrade to deluxe room for an extra £45/£65 they did change us to a different room which was slightly more brighter as the original room was dark and gloomy, but it was the same decor, the room was really chilly in the evening and no heater/radiator in the bedroom at all. Dont pay for parking, there’s loads of parking right outside on the street! Breakfast was very expensive, nearly £50 for two people, I would not stay here again!

Bargain! This is a gem of a property.

This blew me away. €70 a night for 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen and a lovely bathroom. I’m a solo traveller but would’ve suited a family of 4. I was blown away by the cleanliness of this property. The Moss bakery at the top of the hill is also worth a visit. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Great option when you visit the xmas market

Excellent big room, with an amazing view and all the facilities. The breakfast was superb. Kind receptionists, they called a taxi for us and it arrived in minutes when we did the checkout.

Location was a bit far from main train station, but by taxi is about a couple of minutes to arrive at the hotel.

Located in a nice neighborhood, we always choose this hotel when in Aachen -we don’t mind the 2k walk to the centre Clean Sometimes they have nice offers for the weekend

Great place to relax and rest!

Our spacious junior suite room at third floor facing the greens was just fantastic! Free refills of Nespresso capsules made our mornings! We'll definetely come back!

Recommended for a weekend escapade, (but to the hotel: just drop that extra payment for the pool!)

The rooms are super, the installations too and the personal is truly kind and helpful, they gave us a water kettler and tea, as well as a lot of useful information... Would totally come back. Even though, location is a bit strange, but with car is no problem at all, and the town next to the hotel is really nice to escape for a walk, an ice cream or some local food.

The fact of having to pay extra for the sauna and the swimming pool, and make a reservation and so... Whoever is in management should think twice before dropping such a stupid and bureaucratic measure towards a place that is made as a relaxation hotel... just include it in the price, since it is already cheap even with the costs of the pool. But, the fact of having to go down, make a line and hour for the reservation and so, it truly takes down a lot of the comfort that, overall, the hotel gives. Certainly my grade would be way better without it.

Comfortable, big rooms. Were provided with cot bed for kids as per our request. Kettle in one of the rooms was very helpful. Easy parking. Friendly staff at reception.

Parking was 15 euro per night - would have preferred free parking for hotel residents.

Decent

The room was huge. The breakfast area was large and tidy. The continental breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. This also applies to the evening meal.

The comfort of the sofa bed was poor. The room overlooked the hotel's service building. The indoor pool was small and the changing room area was dirty and not maintained. It is a pity that the restaurant was not open on all evenings.
