We chose this hotel because of the convenient location close to the highway. The layout of the family room with a double bed and stairs up to a second level with two single beds was perfect. If you are traveling with kids they will love having their own space. There was a desk area and some hangers for clothes. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t hear any outside noise. The shower worked well. Staff was friendly. The breakfast area was sunlit and there were sufficient food options, also plant-based ones. We recommend this accommodation. It’s a great place to rest and recharge.

Was close to Event location
I paid for 3 rooms and still had to pay €5 for parking on top.
One room had a faulty tap in the bathroom. This should have been fixed before giving room free for guests.
The breakfast room was very crowded.

Next to aachen. The room with a mezzanine for kids is great.
Sheets of one bed was not clean and smelt bad
I spent 40 mn to find a number to call someone (réception close from 10pm and number only display in the airlock)
Breakfast is simple compare to other hotel
