Zentrale Lage. Busse vor der Tür, Zentrum auch fussläufig zu erreichen. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis gut

Excellent location directly opposite the station and in easy walking distance of the historical sites and Charlemagne's wonderful church. Basic but large clean room and very helpful and pleasant staff.

Perfect location for the station, and a short walk into the town centre. The room was clean and very well sized. The young gentleman who was there when we checked out was friendly and helpful.

The room was very noisy with sounds from the street below. The curtains in the room were very thin and let in a lot of light. It was also incredibly hot in the room due to a heatwave; we asked for a fan but there wasn't one available - so these things combined meant minimal sleep. The bed itself was very soft and the pillows were also quite uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain and filled with water quickly. The majority of the staff we encountered didn't speak much English and there was an older gentleman who seemed quite hostile. We were staying at the hotel for the Formula 1 weekend at Spa in Belgium, so we had to pay a premium for our stay and the price was definitely not reflective of the conditions.
