Hotel am Bahnhof

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und den Bussen ist hervorragend! Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit großem Bad- angenehmer Matratze, WLAN, TV, Föhn, Handtücher, großer Kleiderschrank.... Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals!

Die Kopfstütze vom Bett war sehr dreckig- allgemein war das "Stoffbett" nicht sauber. Die Handtücher hatten einen komischen Geruch. Der Fußboden hätte sauberer sein können! Steiles Treppenhaus- keine Barrierefreiheit.

Man bekommt, was man reserviert. Für die Durchreise auf jeden Fall geeignet, wenn man keine Schwierigkeiten mit steilen Treppen hat. Das Zimmer ist äußerst praktikabel eingerichtet und war insgesamt in einem guten gepflegten Zustand. An der Sauberkeit gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen und das Bad war überraschend geräumig. Parken kann man an der Straße, wenn man Glück hat, oder im Parkhaus ums Eck. Verpflegung gibt es im nahen Umkreis ohne Ende inkl. Bäckerei für ein Frühstück oder den Späti für ein Mineralwasser und Knabberein. Die Schlüsselbox mit Code funktionierte super. Morgens war eine charmante Dame am Empfang, welche den Schlüssel beim Check-Out entgegen nahm.

Es war abends dann doch etwas lauter vom Bahnhofsvorplatzpublikum, als gedacht. Und die Matratzen waren sehr weich.

Ubicado enfrente de la estacion de tren. Muy cerca andando del centro. No hay muchas posibilidades de aparcar en la zona. Nosotros fuimos al parking del Luisenhospital Aachen por 8€/dia. El hotel es sencillo pero limpio y practico. No hay ascensor. El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable.

Los almohadones son muy blandos

Perfect location for the station, and a short walk into the town centre. The room was clean and very well sized. The young gentleman who was there when we checked out was friendly and helpful.

The room was very noisy with sounds from the street below. The curtains in the room were very thin and let in a lot of light. It was also incredibly hot in the room due to a heatwave; we asked for a fan but there wasn't one available - so these things combined meant minimal sleep. The bed itself was very soft and the pillows were also quite uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain and filled with water quickly. The majority of the staff we encountered didn't speak much English and there was an older gentleman who seemed quite hostile. We were staying at the hotel for the Formula 1 weekend at Spa in Belgium, so we had to pay a premium for our stay and the price was definitely not reflective of the conditions.
