A nice hotel in a quiet area with plenty of parking.
Well located just out of town which was easily accessible. Rooms are spacious and beds are a good size. Check in was via wattsap which worked well.
Wifi network didn't work. A message was sent but no response was received.

A quiet and cozy stay that feels like we are in the forest (*^-^*)
Our family (mom, dad, and two kids, ages 4 and 5) stayed in Aachen for the weekend, hoping to visit the Christmas market with ice skating rink and the Aquana pool, which has a pirate slide. The room we stayed in was 37 square meters and featured 2 single beds put together, a sofa bed large enough to sleep 2 adults, a desk over 2 meters long, a single sofa, a TV stand, a really spacious entrance hall with a large wardrobe containing a safe and a storage table, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The self-check-in system with a code, which many previous guests had complained about, was actually very easy. Some people also complained about the heating, but in fact it worked very well and could be adjusted if it was too hot or too cold. We thought the sofa beds the kids would be sleeping on might not come with sheets according to the review, so we packed 1 sheet in our suitcases but we found the sofa-bed perfectly made with sheets and bedding. Since we were driving, we brought an electric kettle to boil water and make a quick night snack or breakfast, or have coffee or other hot drinks. We were able to find a parking space on the hotel grounds, but it was pretty much the last one available. As expected from the reviews, the only amenity provided was a small amount of shampoo but I think it's not difficult to bring along a travel kit for bathing and brushing your teeth when traveling (^-^)

A cheap place to sleep
Big rooms. Very cheap. A good choice if you're just stopping by to sleep and prioritize price above all else.
Not able to contact staff via chat or phone. Difficult to check-in. No breakfast included. Would be okay if the rooms had a fridge and/or kettle. No WIFI, or at least none that we were informed about. I noticed an old smell of smoke in the hallways and in the room.

This "hotel" is a parody
Very calm setting, in a residential area. Rooms very clean. Cheaper than average but... Good connection to city centre (but buses are crowded day and night).
To open the hotel door, you must call every time a number from you cellphone and dial a code! Never seen a stupider system. If you're a non-EU tourist with paid roaming or your phone discharged, you're in trouble. The breakfast is a shame for 15€! No hotel service whatsoever, the *** is a huge lie. It's no hotel but a kind of serviced rooms. Even if you reserve a parking spot you'll get none and must look for places down the neighborhood. The beds are too soft, no AC and already in spring the east-facing rooms are like an oven.
