    I booked and fully paid for a two-night stay. Unfortunately, I was unable to arrive on the first night. When I arrived on the second day and informed the hotel that I would stay for the remaining night, I was told that my room had been released and there was no room available for me. What is most disappointing is that the hotel refused both accommodation and any refund, even though I had already paid for the booking. Charging a guest for two nights while providing neither the second night’s room nor any compensation is completely unacceptable. I understand a no-show policy for the first night, but canceling the entire reservation without providing accommodation for the remaining paid night and without offering a refund is unfair and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

    Very nice room with large bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Close to busstop. Difficult parking. One elevator was out of order all 3 days of our stay.
