Pleasant enough for a short trip. Easy to find, 20 mins walk to town centre.

Modern clean spacious comunal areas. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Car park.

No pool (it was closed). WiFi wouldn’t connect & no instructions for it in the room. No instructions how to contact reception. Cooked breakfast was poor but lots of choice for other cold stuff.

Overall OK

The staff was nice and the ability for late checkin was great. The taxi service was really good and the bar area with the massage chair was good. The hotel is quiet and very clean on arrival air conditioning was good.

The room was very spartan, with only two pillows which meant one pillow each. Altough this was fixed by asking tor another pillow. Also our room was not cleaned once over the 4 nights we spent there, we even put the sign to clean our room out but it was not cleaned. Also for someone reason they wanted the full payment from me on night 3 instead or checkout, they even left a letter in my room that I must come to the desk and pay which I found was strange, rather than just pay at checkout.

Loved this hotel - Exceptional in every possible way!

We arrived after a very long drive and were met with a lovely welcome. Unfortunately when we got to our room it hadn’t been cleaned so we returned to the front desk where the lady was extremely apologetic and she immediately upgraded us and made everything in the mini bar complimentary, which was incredibly kind and generous. The uncleaned bedroom was clearly a shock to her and I’m sure this was a one off blip! We really cannot fault the customer service, welcoming atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our epic Europe / Turkey drive. Aachen is also a really lovely city!

The lavatory or sink needs deep cleaning. The pool is quite deep for kids so they were not able to swim. Best depth is 1.2 meters .

The room was clean and spacious. In the room was a kettle, a small fridge and a coffee maker - everything a traveler needs! A large parking lot is available for 13 Euros per day! The swimming pool and relaxation area are simply great!

Hmmm.... I don't even know what to write here... It's a pity that it was only two days.

Restaurant and bar was good. But the staff started to prepare breakfast while we are seating, and they asked us to pick our dishes and seat to the bar side.

At 9am on Sunday morning, the housekeepers started knocking on my door.

I loved the staff and how helpful they were. I forgot a few things and they provided me with everything. The breakfast was a bit expensive but other than that my stay there was amazing.

It was below average from what I expected from a Mercury hotel

Quick and easy check in, friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the food was fresh.

There was a slight sewer smell in the entire building which came and went. I specifically booked the hotel because it said the rooms were air conditioned. The thermostat in the room was disabled and no fresh air flowed through the vent. One had to keep the window open which was loud given the high traffic road behind the hotel.

Breakfast so much to choose from, all delicious. Atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff could not have been better. Service in a very busy restaurant could not be faulted.

Location is far out of town and also not close to CHIO. No shuttle to event nor bus to the city centre. Restaurant was average. Very expensive for what you get.

Great location for visiting Eifel area or onwards journey

Great location when visiting the area (eifel) or an onwards journey. The hotel has a nice garden to sit and relax. Parking is secure. Area is nice to walk around (a roundtrip hotel is about 30 min) in the green surroundings. Staff as you would expect, good overall.

I was really looking forward to a Schnitzel which I had years ago when I was here as well. Unfortunately the restaurant only covered an overpriced buffet (22 e). This might be a one time but I had the feeling this is now standard and not only in weekends. Fun fact: I needed to make a reservation but it was fully booked so I could not have diner at all! Really, for one person...? So I went out and had a great pita gyros on a 10 minute walk and when I came back, there were still empty seats...
