If you are travelling on a budget I don’t think that you can do better .

Breakfast was very good for the price , and the multiple coffee refills were a bonus.

For such a low price the hotel was very good value .

The hotel's location was very convenient for me, as it was close to where my conference was held. The room was comfortable and clean. No disturbance during the stay. Budget-friendly.

The Wifi kept losing network. There was no one at the reception upon my arrival at midnight, despite it having been mentioned on the booking.com website.

The hotel's service matches the price we paid!

I have been travelling to Aachen for work, so I have been sharing a room with 2 of my colleagues. The hotel is located quite close to the city centre (only 10 minutes walk), where the restaurants and other facilities are, and not too far away from the train station. The room they gave us was definitely ok for the price we paid. The shower and the bathroom were big enough and clean when we arrived. The breakfast doesn't offer a wide range of different choices, but has all that is needed, either for a sweet or sour breakfast. The hotel's service matches the price we paid!

The room was a bit too small for 3 people and quite dusty. I don't suffer from dust allergies, but both of my colleagues started sneezing on the second day of our arrival. The room wasn't properly cleaned daily; a nice woman was only changing the towels and checking if we had enough toilet paper. An everyday clean is necessary, even if the bedsheets are not changed; it avoids dust accumulating on the floor. Pillows are too thin and not really comfortable to support the head during the night.

Bad admin but room was fine

Room and location

I booked Sat, Sun, Mon. Arrived late on Saturday, reception was closed. Tried using the check-in automat which told me that my room wasn't ready (at 1am), none of the phone numbers were working including the emergency bell at the front door. So I had to sleep in MY CAR even though I had paid for a room AND I tried contacting the hotel to tell them I'll be arriving late. Employee on Sun said their colleague had made a mistake with my reservation and there were no free rooms :) Thankfully a bunch of people checked out early. I had to wait 30 min until they cleaned one of them, which was fine. On Tue before leaving I talked to a (maybe) manager who didn't know anything about "the mistake" :) He said he couldn't give me back the money for the first night but he could offer me a free overnight stay in the future and took my email address. 5 days later still no email from him :) Thanks!

It's close to the central station I walked 15mins from the central station. There are bus station close by. Lovely staff. Good location. Had a private shower and WC.

The room was not clean when I arrived. So I had to change my room. Rooms are not noise proof.
