Room location is very good, thanks to the size of city of Aachen. Its in front of bus stop. Many dinign places are nearby to hotel.

Perfect!
We had perfect stay in this hotel. The snacks and drinks are available at all time in the lobby. It was very handy for children. We will definitely come back in this hotel.
The only minus point was that the air conditioners did not work in both of rooms. It was very hot outside and in the rooms. It was difficult to sleep, specially for the children.

It is alright for the money you pay
The staff were super nice and friendly, the location was good, and it was pet friendly hotel which was a big deal to us. We also liked the breakfast buffet even though there was not variety to it, but everything was fresh and tasty. Also, right across the road there is a beautiful park.
The room’s lights did not have a separate button, so the AC and the lights were working all with one button which was really not handy. Also, the room was right above a bus stop, so when you open the window you could hear sooo much noise. The ventilation of the room was not good either and there was no fridge.
