Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the spa, pool and the some friendly staff, but the level of service and ameniti
The hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star property. The service lacked attention: when we asked for water, we were told to come downstairs to the bar ourselves. There was no valet service, even though parking was paid and belongs to the hotel. non-smart TV, no streaming options, and breakfast was very limited. Overall, the level of service and amenities did not justify the price.

Beautiful hotel. Great service. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The restaurant at hotel for dinner was phenomenal. Parking at hotel was easy and convenient. Plenty of grass area for our pets to do their business. I would give this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for their paper thin pillows (bring your own) or for the mold in the crevices inside the shower door hinges (cleaning service needs to use a scrub brush). With those two complaints we would still stay there again.
The pillows are paper thin. One needs to fold the two paper thin pillows in half to get even an ounce of minimal neck support. Pack your own pillows. The shower needed a good scrubbing with a scrub brush especially in the crives.

Beautiful building, nice location, friendly staff, gorgeous room, comfortable bed, ample closets, personalized note, convenient phone charging, upscale restaurant onsite, relaxing sauna and steam room onsite. 10 out of 10.
