Perfect for overnight.

Clean and efficient, bathroom newly done. perfect for an overnight stay because rooms small. Appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room and the closeness to the old town.

A relaxed hotel in a good location for a short stay in beautiful Aachen

The room (no. 503) was spacious and very clean. And we could open the windows for fresh air! The small breakfast buffet (18euros pp) was more expensive than other hotels & cafes nearby, but it was fresh, well-presented and tasty. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. And the location was fine - Old Town Aachen is quite a compact area.

We were located next to a fire door in the corridor, so very time a guest came through that door, our bedroom door would rattle noisily, which was very offputting late at night. So we ended up plugging it with folded paper to stop the rattling & jiggling. Other than that, it was very comfortable.

A very friendly and comfortable hotel.

The staff went out of their way to provide tasty vegan alternatives for breakfast, which was much appreciated. You could brew proper tea and have freshly squeezed orange juice, The room was spacious, and comfortable. Friendly bar and reception service too.

Finely located and fantastic staff

It is a fine hotel located close to the centre of Aachen, with a 10 min stroll you can easily reach the old town and enjoy some more cosy scenario. The staff was really attent and helpful, answering any questions we had either about the city or petitions for the room.

The room felt a bit small and it was very hot inside.

Great place to stay for easy access to the City

An absolutely brilliant lady on the reception desk (blonde) who could not have been more helpful. She is a credit to the company and the attention she gave would make you want to return. Secure parking was available as indicated. the location is short walk to the Alt Stadt centre and the shopping area.

Breakfast was expensive compared to local cafe options.

The breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly.

the plastic covers on the mattress made the bed a bit like sleeping on a waterbed. if you are going to have these you should at least have fitted sheets

Is not a good staf they pikked my money for garantie i dont smoke in the room en they said you r smoking in the room i was with my wife en i never smoke in the room with my wife en in the reception piked mij money 130 room plus 150 garantie en i was in the hotel for only 5 hours

Location is great.

Car park is not at the hotel, need to walk about 200m. Not convenient. The single beds were very narrow. Would be great to have wider beds.

Nice and comfortable

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet, staff very friendly, little rooms but you have all you need, excellent breakfast. Close to everything, restaurants, bars, shops, old town. I will come back with pleasure!

It was a good stay!

Quite a modern and freshly renovated hotel. Centrally located. Clean and comfortable rooms. We got two connected rooms for a family with two kids. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was very good, tasty, and nicely served. Personnel of the hotel was friendly, attentive, and test to support. The hotel has an underground parking 3 min walking distance.

Didn't quite like the soft bed, and not sure the advance check-in with app really shortened the in-person check-in on arrival.

Perfect stay close to the thermen

The staff was helpful and nice. Loved the welcome water and the little packet of haribo on the bed. Room had everything and was spacious. Breakfast was great with a variety of food and drinks.

Just a tiny thing was that if you wanted a snack or beverage from the vending machine you needed to have coins as you could not use a card.

All staff friendly and very helpful (printed boarding pass, found lost phone charger) and the room was perfect for my needs. City centre easily accessible and handily the Bushof is just next door.
