We were a bit late, a group of about eight, but you kept the kitchen open for us.
Our window looked out onto the street. It was very noisy.

The room was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was excellent.
Shower a bit too small (bathtub could be removed as far as I am concerned). I missed a mini bar in the room. The direct neighbourhood was not great, though very close to the city center.

The room was clean, and staff was friendly and helpfull. Central location in Aachen and easy to reach by car.
Breakfast was too expensive (26 euro per person per day) and was very basic.
Fitness also very basic, only a few pieces of equipment.
