Very clean and comfortable triple room a short walk from the station, surprisingly spacious. The automated check-in worked fine and communication from the property was very clear.

The lift to the upper floors is slow (but there are also stairs).

The location and the Wi-Fi.

This was about the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure to stay at - twice :( Mold in the bathroom and very dirty floors. There were also dead bugs in the picture frame above the bed.

The location - that’s it. And I guess the Wi-Fi worked fine.

It was dirty. Mold and used tissues in the bathroom. Strange hair everywhere and the floors were dirty too. As were some of the towels. The television didn’t work either. It was also very loud because the walls are very thin and there was a large gap underneath the door to the hallway.

Cheap and cheerful

Within a comfortable short walk to Aachen HBF. Room was comfortable even though noise from outside is clear if you leave window open. Ultimately good price for days required.

Check-in instructions weren't clear, saying you would be given a reservation code. In the end the automated check-in machine just asks for a surname as well which allowed successful check-in. Cleaners empty bins and add toilet roll if needed but nothing else. Toilet also not cleaned upon arrival, with stains on seat.

Good location, lack of cleanliness

The location is the best, just a few minutes away from the central train station.

An intense smell of cigarettes could be smelled in the bathroom and the room. We had to kill an insect and the lamps near the beds did not work.

I was charged double

I made the reservation in booking and i paid with credit card. When i reached the hotel entrance , at ceckin machine i had to pay one more time . So basically i paid double first time online second time at ceckin "desk"

Easy checkin. Everything very clean and in order. A very easy and nice stay in an easily accessible part of Aachen not far from the main train station and within acceptable distance from the historic center. The neighborhood is very calm at night.

Convenient stay close to the train station. Basic but comfortable room at a very good price. All that is needed for a weekend's stay.

Automated check in and no staff on site. But all worked out okay. Smell in the hallway wasn't great.

two bed one toilet doesnt make you a hotel. clean but feel like dormateries. nothing special. for this price is too much. self check in and no one to help. couldnt open the door cause it is so much heavy. try to pull half an hour. if you know it is a problem just write on the wall.
