- Proximity to the central station (right opposite) - My room being on the ground floor, looking at the inner yard - finally, no stairs! - Very friendly receptionist - Very clean - Nice vibe in the room with a high-ish ceiling and spacious

Smelly bathroom, no AC, directly next to a super busy street. The room hase bad noise insulation so goodbye sleep. The staff is very - let's day detached ...

This was perfect for our stay and I would stay again.

Location to Hauptbahnhof was excellent. We left early so didn't have breakfast. Our room was at the back of the hotel so no view as such but was very quiet and the room was spacious and clean. We appreciated the heated bathroom floor! We were only here for one night, in transit.

Great price and location but not pristine clean.

The hotel is right in front of the train station, so it is very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room was not small. Also, the owners reminded me on the day of the check-in times limits which was great because I was arriving after 10 pm. They were nice to leave the key for me after a call.

My room was on the 4th floor but the elevator was not working. The shower was also not entirely clean and had a weird swage smell.

Budget hotel with perfect location

It's perfectly located across the main train station. The rooms were cleaned and seemed recently renovated. Late check-in is a possibility but you need to arrange that beforehand with the hotel.

Despite having a comfortable mattress, the bed was a little too small for 2 people to sleep comfortably. The shower drain was slow to drain, so you ended up with a small pool up to your ankles.

Uncomfortable sleep due to traffic and passerby noises

The location of the hotel is bang on near the hauptbahnof which is ideal for travellers.

The room was facing the road so it was very loud all through the day - passing traffic noise and the sounds of people talking and passing by. A bit difficult to sleep with all the noise.

Very loud, even in the night. The bathroom fans were so loud, that I woke up from my room humming, when my neighbour went to the toilet.

Location across the street from Central Train station. Lots of homeless people and noisy.

I had no wlan in my room (4th floor), the water wasn’t hot for shower and the handle of the shower was broken and I had to hold it in my hand the whole time instead of leaving it on the wall

Wouldn't stay there again

Room looked as good as the photos and was clean. Bathroom was very good too and clean. Breakfast was passable.

Receptionist was unfriendly and didn't open the conversation with hello or good evening (there was no language problem because my partner's first language is German). Having a bedside shelf and wall light on both sides of the bed would have been nice - the marks on the wall showed that they had been there previously. Shower hose was broken at wall so just the slightest movement of the shower head cut off the water supply. The bathroom door had the loudest creaking hinges I've ever heard and it was not possible to open or close the door quietly. Being on the front of the building, the room was very noisy due to traffic and people shouting in the street. Also, the building opposite had a large yellow beacon on the front edge of the roof that flashed on and off but the curtains didn't extend beyond the edge of the window frame so flashing light came through the gaps.

The shower tap can only be extremely cold and extremely hot, there is no warm water for showering. The lights were always flickering.

Garage area a bit shabby.

Location was ok, breakfast was bread, cheese, ham etc. A lift...tiny!

We had garages booked and on arrival was told to let the desk know what garages we used. I put my car in a garage, shut the door, only to find out later that it was locked and couldn't be opened. No key could be found. Luckily, my friends didn't close their garage doors! We had to break off from our festivities, some hours later, to gain entrance. Desk chap said they hadn't been able to open it. So we tried with brute force...still wouldn't open!!! Asking again at the desk, a key, suddenly showed itself! That is "What didn't you like".

The staff were friendly and the location is very near the train station. It's about 15 minutes by foot to the city center. Not bad for a short stay.

Basic hotel, but we were fortunate to get a fairly large room that was clean.

Clean, good location and beautiful reception

The coffee wasn’t at all. Poor breakfast for the price. Moreover there ran a mouse in restaurant while ladies was yelling. It was not funny. Staff seem angry/sad while you facing them.
