Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat eine top Lage. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Badezimmer angenehm groß. Der Ausblick auf die Straße ist echt schön, allerdings war der Straßenlärm etwas störend. Insgesamt aber ein sehr guter Aufenthalt!

Very good room and the location

The facilities were ok but you cannot come before 2 pm to leave your luggage before checkin because there is literally no one there. I was willing to overlook this inconvenience but then I asked them to keep my medicine in a refrigerator and the service counter person said he could not because the refrigerator was full. My medicine with gel packs is only 6” X 4” X 3” so not that big. I have travelled all over the world with that medicine and I have never had a hotel refuse to help me when they had a refrigerator. The fact that my medicine is very expensive and may now be damaged is beside the point. This is a customer service oriented business and this is not a crazy request. The next day a different staff member said “maybe we can do it” and he did but even then his attitude was not very accommodating.
In terms of the facilities, they were ok but the shower wall bracket fell down and the bathroom door handle came off when closing the door…so not great either!
