The location was really good and stuff's attitude, but I was expecting from room's cleaness more. There were a lot of different types of hair in the bathroom :(

Great Location, Clean Rooms and Friendly Staff

An extremely clean and well located hotel, central Aachen and just 5 minutes walk to the train station. Surprisingly quiet considering it's very central location. Staff were helpful and breakfast plentiful and tasty.

Nothing really, you know this style of hotel is no frills and as such so long as you don't expect a whole host of additional services, gyms or spas it's perfect.

Great location close to the train station, comfortable and welcoming stay

Great location for a short stay in Aachen, close to the train station and, if you have the mobility to walk on your visit, is walkable to the main sights on an easy route. It would be a short taxi ride if you do not intend on walking. The hotel team were welcoming and the hotel was very clean. A good selection of hot and cold food at breakfast. The Lousberg parkrun is a c35-40 minute walk away. The perfect warm up walk if you plan on going there!

An excellent stop on our European journey, in terms of amenities and location.

A fantastic introduction to Ibis hotels which was in an excellent location for the city centre and Cathedral. Secure parking, accommodation for our dog in our room. Helpful and courteous staff.

Typical Ibis Hotel. Very basic but consistent. Rooms are a small but were very clean. Breakfast is decent. Located a short walk from the main train station so it's very easy to reach. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

No complaints. It's a basic property without any extras but good for a short stay.

A good place for an overnight stay in Aachen

Close to the railway station and an easy walk to centre of town. Fresh, modern feel. The bar served tasty meals and had a good selection of Gin . Friendly and efficient staff.

The location is great, close to the city center. There are plenty parking spots in a private parking lot, so it was very convenient to travel with the car.

Very good

Pleasant staff at check in. Good English spoken which helped me. This stay was part of a tour around Europe in various hotels. I discovered the personal benefit of a friendly and helpful member of staff to greet you after travelling all day. Location very good for rail travel, quiet location but central. Very walkable from the rail station.

Comfortable and clean, well situated for the main railway station but not noisy. Good aircon. Good buffet breakfast.

Somewhat lengthy check-in process, and our credit card was declined for no good reason. Long wait for the lift as the staff were using it - isn't there a service lift? Shower leaked on to the bathroom floor.

The room view to Marschiertor. Big outdoor parking lot. Plenty of space in the room.

The pillows are not good quality, they are very thin. Aircon is not cold. Avoid room near the elevator, they are noisy. Can't understand the double entrance door in the room, doesn't feel practical.

location is very good, near the center of the town. breakfast is very good

the smell on the room and on the corridor was unpleasant (on the 4th floor) We received only a dooble room for 2 adults and a 9 year old child

good location to walk to city centre. have stayed at hotel before and enjoyed my visit.

The room 414 was surprisingly noisy with the passing traffic. The scaffolding by the front door was taken down at 0630 in the morning which also made a lot of noise. Maybe this could have been removed a little later in the morning.

we had an interconnected room which was lovely but we could have done with an additional single bed as we had three kids. regardless it was fine and was perfect for one night.
