Great location, well cleaned room

The location is great, a few meters away from the metro station "Argentine" and the Arc de Triomphe. The personnel were very helpful, the room was cleaned daily, and it was relatively big (for Paris standards). It was warm and (since we had an inside room) we didn't had any trafic noise.

The only negative thing was that our room was opposite the elevator door, and we had a lot of noise from the people entering and leaving the floor. The price-to-value ratio is high, but all hotels in Paris are expensive.

Location is great. Rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly.

Booking allowed me to book a room with my wife and 6yrs old son. Hotel official said me we were not fit to that room. There should be better coordination between hotel and Booking.com

Great stay!

Location is absolutely superb! You can walk just 200 mtrs to get to the Arc and the Champs de Elysees. Lots of eateries and shopping around the place. The Hotel staff was very helpful and accomodating.

Small rooms likewise most of the hotels in Paris. Noice was coming from the neighbors, literally you can hear all the neighbors in the same corridor talking ,laughing No soundproof!!!

Close to our main stage for Tour de France (arc de Triomphe); close to a grocery store and to metro station; clean and the breakfast buffet was so filling!

Excellent location and rooms.

We booked the prestige family room and it was very large. There was a curtain to divide the king size bed to the other end of the unit which had the single bed and cot. Nice and quiet, air conditioning was great, breakfast was amazing and the staff at the check in were really lovely.

Everything, what you see on booking.com was very different to what we found there . Old furniture,smelly carpet . Beds very old when you sleep on them soo uncomfortable. Glad we could check out early and move to a better hotel . Would not recommend it at all

We were given a Standard Room with Deluxe Room booking. Staff was rude and unhelpful till we wanted to leave and refund than we were given 2 separate rooms Only next day we moved to the room that we booked! Hotel is run down, breakfast is like sitting in the Hallway! I will never going back even though is an excellent location, not for the price!

This was a return visit to the hotel because of the great location and Sebastian at the front desk who was so helpful. R

The hotel is a block away from the Arc d Triomphe and walking distance to great shopping. Also close to the Metro. The staff were very helpful.

The bathrooms need to be updated, especially the shower. You have to climb over the bathtub to turn the shower on and it only has a handheld shower head. Very awkward.

Great Location and Awesome Staff

The hotel is located in a perfect place, walking distance to the Metro and many places around the city. The staff were great and always ready to help. We reached early, but they allowed us to check in, which was great after a flight. The rooma and common areas are clean and fresh, and yes, the internet speed was great.

Excellent location with very helpful and kind staff.

Too much metro noise and vibration felt in the room.(101) Bathroom door was more suitable for a wooden wardrobe. The window view was towards an interior garden which in the booking was not specified. The windows are from wooden frame and pretty old, reason for which they didn't close too easily.

Wonderful short break.

Breakfast was really good 👍 and hotel location was excellent, for people who are going there for disneyland.,I recommend this hotel. Ohhh forgot the receptionists were very professional and kind and speak english fluently.

It was very close to the subway and easy to walk to other places. The views were lovely.
