Perfect location to explore Paris.

The location was fantastic, so close to the Eiffel Tower and Arch de Triumph, with beautiful cafes a short walk away.

The kitchen was very small and the bed were a bit hard.

The shower took a long time to heat up and the apartment we stayed had some mosquito/fly hanging around.

Very enjoyable overall and the staff were very accommodating. The apartment was well serviced each day.

Well set up for a family. It was comfortable and warm. The apartments were in easy walking distance of many attractions.

The dryer in the property didn’t work and there could have been a few extra utensils and useable pots in the kitchen. One was pans was badly burnt on the bottom.

Second bedroom very small for 2 beds , weird shape and had to walk through second bedroom to get to the rest of the apartment.

The “apartment” we rented was expensive and it had many broken things. pictures missing from the wall, wall paper torn, furniture broken. The breakfast was so-so. Really not a hotel to hang out at - it’s just about the location.

We were content with the stay, the apartment fully met our expectations.

Breakfasr was something for all tastes. My grandsons liked the croissants and muessli, I liked the fresh baguette with cheese and coffee. My daughter liked everything.

I personally missed the elevator down to the breakfast room, as at the moment I can only walk with the help of crutches.

Excellent and met our needs well

Excellent location, we could see the eiffel tower when we stepped out the front door! We got an apartment and it had a perfectly adequate sized kitchen area for our needs, with microwave, hob and fridge etc. Liked the size of the double room with an en suite bath room with bath.

The second bedroom was the hallway/entranceway and felt very much like a hallway which was a bit of a shame as you can clearly hear all the sounds in other rooms which included babies, tv, people talking and on a few memorable occasions a washing machine at 2am! Some of the appliances in the kitchen were also broken and we were therefore not able to use them and we knew the hotel was full so didn't mention it, it didn't bother me that much but my partner in the other room didn't sleep very well!!

Disapointing stay

The location is the only good thing about this place. Close to all central Paris attractions and public transport is easy to access.

The two bedroom apartment that was allocated for us was very disappointing. - We had to go down a flight of stairs carrying luggage without lift access to our room. - One of the bedrooms is a corridor turned into a space to put beds. Main door to the apartment opened into this space and it was very crammed. Not really a bedroom. - Kitchen is very small. It should be called a kitchenette. Some of the pots and pans had a lot of dust. - Room and furniture are dated. I was also charged for "using" mini-bar items although I didn't use anything at all. Despite clarifying at the time of check-out they have deducted money from the deposit and no response to messages. Definitely not worth the money charged. There are plenty of other apartments on Booking.com in the same areas for cheaper prices with much better looking photos. My family will not be staying here again.

Exceptional

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I was travelling alone with three kids of young ages, the apartment was spacious and well divided, the location was fantastic, the cafes and restaurants around were great and walking to all the sights was so convenient. I will be back!

An excellent apartment for the whole family: modern, clean, comfortable, well taken care of, perfectly located in the center - great staff and great breakfast. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay here again.

Great room and location

We requested to check in early at 12:30 which wasn't possible. So when we came back at 14:30 (check in is at 14h) the room still wasn't ready. It was 15:30 before we could get in.

Pleasant stay

We were in a group of 6, and the apartment was very good for us, with 2 bathroons that it was great too. The location is the best feature. Very close to the Eifel Touwer and the Arc de Triomphe.
