Beautiful hotel in a safe central location.

Location, decor, heating. Bathrooms were spacious and well appointed and we received a balcony as requested.

The rooms were a bit small and lifts as well…slow.

Comfy place with issues if you stay in first floor

great place between Trocadero and Arc de Triomphe. Perfect breakfast, comfy bed, nice staff

Was robbed by the staff

3000 euros were stolen from my safe. While there,it refused to open twice. I did not think anything of it at the moment, just called maintenance who forced it open with their key, claiming the batteries were dead. As I was counting the money I still had right before leaving, I noticed I was missing a few bills 200, 100 and 50 euros. I had to catch my flight so I left and called them as soon as I arrived home, requesting they investigate. The assistant manager laughed at me and only promised to check when I told her my next call was to the police. I followed up with an email, which she only answered 48 hours later promising to get back to me. I still have not heard back. The matter is not being investigated by the local police and through interpol

The decor so elegant ,beds were comfortable . The only thing is maybe they can upgrade to at least one USB outlet I loved the TV in Mirror

Lovely Location and Overall Enjoyable Experience

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff was helpful and polite throughout my stay. The fitness center is small, but the complimentary steam room is a very nice perk. I also appreciated the free tea and the water bottle in the room, which was replaced daily.

There is a lot of room for improvement regarding breakfast. On Saturday, the breakfast area was extremely crowded and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Hot items like eggs and bacon were not replenished consistently, so guests had to ask for them. The coffee quality was also disappointing. Regarding the room, the bathroom felt a bit outdated, although I did appreciate having a bathtub.

Very nice hotel in a great location close to public transport options, things to see and great choice of restaurants nearby. Functional and clean room. Very friendly and professional staff.

The only thing we did not like was the airco that was not efficient enough to cool the room at night.

Goog location if you plan an business trip to palais de congress

Perfect location. Walking distance, near Effel tower, arc and palais des congres. Near the Victor Hugo Metro , nice restaurants are situated. Room with a safe deposit inside. Every day complimentary water bottle

For the price, the room is a bit too small Furthermore: the wardrobe is also small and this place is too warm inside (due to the fridge inside and the warm lamps)

It was a Horror Show

When arriving at the Hotel I was confronted with a receptionist who was sleeping and disturbed by my checking in late. I had arrived in Paris on an evening flight and met friends before checking in to my hotel. The night porter started to interrogate me why I arrived late. I explained it was none of his business and he nothing more than call the police. I speak fluent French so there was no misunderstanding between us, this guy was simply rude and very power hungry. Avoid this hotel at all costs I paid just under 200€ and was met by a team of policemen. Absolutely incredible experience!!

A jewel in Paris

This is a real jewel in Paris: close to all attractions, quite big rooms as for Paris typical hotels, very nice staff. Highly recommend.

Little supply of the minibar, the lobby bar closed 15 minutes earlier, so we couldn't enjoy drinks, however nearby are grocery stores

4* hotel?!?!?!? That must be a joke!!! We've been to 9 different hotels during our trip, and by far, this was the worst. Here are some of the issues, along with the pictures... 1. Dirty - There was a spider net stuck to the heater, and also, their "very old" hair dryer was very dirty. God knows for how long they haven't been cleaned! Being dirty is not acceptable, even at a 1* hotel. 2. Cheap material/furniture - One of the criteria that makes a hotel 4* is luxurious furniture and look. Not sure since when plastic garbage cans and bathroom tubes are considered luxury!! Btw, that was my first time seeing a plastic bathroom tube!! 3. Not being able to adjust the room temp to our comfort - The day we arrived at this hotel, the weather was so cold. We tried to maximize the "very old-fashion" heater, but the heater was still cold, and the temp didn't go up. So we thought we were doing sth wrong and decided to call reception and ask them how to warm up the room. They said this is the max temp you can get, but we can give you an extra blanket if you want. They gave us a "thin and old" blanket and a tiny plastic look heater to warm up ourselves! Can you believe you wouldn't be able to adjust the room temperature to your comfort in a 4* hotel??? 4. Small room and uncomfortably furnished - There was a chair (?) blocking the closet, and we weren't able to open the closet's door completely (They put that chair there to block the door to the next room, and the door wasn't even locked). So we didn't use the closet at all due to being so uncomfortable. And also, if we wanted to use the vanity chair, it would have blocked the path to the other side of the room. 5. Washroom and toilet were in different places! - The toilet was in a place separated from the bathroom and washroom. So uncomfortable... Absolute waste of money; not recommended at all.

Would definitely stay again next time I'm in Paris

This is a very nice hotel with beautiful rooms! Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. Clean bathrooms, nice AC, and very comfortable beds. Reception was great and very helpful. I have read all comments before booking and I must say I agree with the positive comments and very much disagree with the negative comments ( it wasn't noisy, hallways are wide enough and there are two elevators to use). The location is amazing, walking distance to the Champs-Élysées and the EiffelTower. In the vicinity there are enough places for coffee, breakfast or dinner. Carrefour is conveniently around the corner.
