Lovely clean, bright room and we were given an upgrade which was lovely and considering it was our 10th wedding anniversary, it made us feel special.

Breakfast was delicious. Variety of fresh and qualitative products. The room was spacious and very clean.

The rooms in the first floor that facing the front main road are noisy enough to annoy you sometimes.

A little gem of a hotel

Fantastic 4 star hotel. The accessible room was great. (Although not suitable for people using powered wheelchairs really) The hotel is spotless throughout with all the facilities you'd expect (aoart from a bar). The staff are wonderful and super helpful. Just down the road from the Arc de Triomphe and a reasonable walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Not a criticism as such, but a small bar service in the evening would be a great addition. Maybe served from the area used at breakfast in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay very much

The location is excellent, very close to Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées and the metro station is 5 min walk. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is very good. The air-condition in the room is excellent and the bed and pillows are comfortable.

The wifi in the hotel was very bad. There is one lift in the hotel for guests and staff so you may wait a little till your lift arrives.

Great place to stay for short breaks

The location was fantastic, rooms are small but clean and well maintained. Bathroom was nice with all that you want. The breakfast was unexpectedly good, very good selection of quality items. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

The hotel is ideally located but despite “Bar” being listed as one of its facility there was no bar.

It’s accessibility to all the sights.

We were told at Reception that we had been upgraded. However, the room we were given was very small with no balcony so I’m not sure what we were upgraded from.

Amazing stay in fabulous Paris

Absolutely fabulous hotel, located close to the Arc de Triomphe, metro station within metres and community location with restaurants, and boulangerie. We loved our stay here, nice and quiet yet within walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées. The breakfast was amazing if you couldn’t find anything to your liking you should be run out of Paris. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Best location i've been in Paris, close to bakery, market and you are in the middle of everything

Whatever i asked for i've got. Early check in could be cheaper but it is up on them. Everything was fine. Found couple of hair in the bathroom but it took a fee seconds to clean it up - could be done by maid, but mistakes happen. Asked for a view in advance and got a view (they even knew i wanted it - didnt happen for me for a while when i asked something thru the booking). Top customer service

It was OK however not be upgraded

We were upgraded by booking.com however at the hotel had no idea. We explained to them and reminded them that we booked since January. At the end they told us that they gave us an upgraded room however the room was for handicap.

it was an unforgettable trip and an unforgettable stay in this lovely hotel

This was my second time at this hotel, the view of the Arc de Triomphe from the room was amazing as I watched the fireworks on New Years Eve from my bedroom balcony. The location of the hotel is great and its closeness to the Champs-Élysées and the metro station is epic. The breakfast variety, freshness of the food and taste were all amazing. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel itself, of the room and of the bathroom and the comfort were all great. I would go there again anytime I travel to Paris and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wishes to travel to Paris and i would recommend it even more to couples. My only negative comment is that the room was too small during this stay and during my previous one.

the location is convenient if you are attending a congress

this is the third time we stay at the hotel but this time it was a big disappointment, we booked 6 month ahead and yet got a dark little room with a view to a wall which made the small room even more suffocating, the classic rooms are to small for two people and can’t really accommodate a couple with two suitcases. the staff in the front desk are very kind while the service in breakfast is very unfriendly nor generous. this is definitely our last time we choose to stay there

Great view of tge Arc de Triomphe from (admittedly tiny) balcony! Great location. Staff friendly. Room reasonable size, clean and good decor. Shower very good. Having Netflix available was a bonus.

Breakfast was a bit average, as was room service - there are better (and cheaper) options for both in the area.

Requested a quite room and received a quite room. The bathroom was perfectly functional and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Amazing breakfast. Fridge in the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Safe, happy, good security, great place. Highly recommend.

Good location, very comfortable and classy and solid value

The breakfast was good. I prefer more well done eggs and bacon but that is a personal preference. The location was overall good and convenient but not amazing. Overall though I was very happy with the quality, service and value.

Each morning there a fair amount of noise coming from above, but more a minor annoyance.
