Could not have been better.

The best thing was that we felt like we were in a French hotel, weird to say however some cities we have the visited the hotels have felt the same. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. After reading the reviews before booking I was concerned about the size of room and noise levels. Yes our room was smaller than I’m used to but to be honest had everything we needed. Only one night we were bothered by a guest upstairs banging around at 2am. We presumed they’d just arrived and lugging their case around. I would definitely book here again should I ever be lucky enough to return to Paris.

Stunning Arc de Triomphe view, perfect metro-side location

The view was absolutely stunning — we could see the Arc de Triomphe right from the balcony, and it was perfect for taking photos all day long. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and polite, always greeting us with genuine smiles. The location was excellent, right in front of a metro station, making it very easy to get to the Eiffel Tower. It was literally just a few steps from the station to the hotel. The lobby was beautifully designed in a lovely blue tone, very charming and welcoming.

A beautiful hotel to spend new year’s!

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly, the bathroom was clean and they provided us adapter when we didn’t have them. It was winter time and the rooms were nice and heated.

The rooms are too small for the price, it would be nicer if the rooms were a bit bigger and spacious.

Old hotel, they still using keys and you have to leave your key with them before you go out 🤣🤣 like 90’s Very old furnitures and small rooms. Not recommended at all.

A great place for a romantic Paris getaway!

We spent 4 nights at Hotel Belfast with my wife and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has that authentic Parisian charm — elegant interiors, high ceilings, and a cozy atmosphere. Like most places in Paris, the rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re very well thought out and feel surprisingly comfortable and intimate. The location is fantastic — just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe, metro stations, cafés, and bakeries. You can feel the city’s rhythm right outside the door, yet the hotel remains peaceful inside. A special highlight of our stay was Hayk, the front desk administrator. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help — whether it was with local tips, directions, or simply a warm smile. His professionalism and hospitality made us feel truly welcome.

A perfect location but expensive.

The location was spot on next to the metro station and Arc De Triomphe. The hotel room was a bit tiny but cleand and cozy.

The price was quite high, especially considering the fact that the breakfast was a bit poor. We were then supposed to get a free bottle of wine with our reservation, but they pretended to forget about it.

Expected better experience for the price I paid.

The hotel staff was very polite, and the hotel is located right next to Metro. You can see the Arc from the entrance if that’s important for someone

The pictures were much better than reality. The pillows were old and chunky. No sound insulation - it’s always felt like someone was in my room and in the morning I woke up from all the alarms clocks going off on my floor.

I really liked the staff, Haig is the best person I have ever met in Paris . The room was very clean , service was excellent, staff were professional, polite and respectful, location is very great , the design of the facility is very authentic and original, I felt like in a museum, beautiful painting and great color mix .

the airport bus doesn't reach the hotel any more there is no shuttle bus service in the hotel like some hotels around, which you can share airport drop with more passengers the room is very small room and safe box keys

French style room in the roof with Eiffel tower and Arc de triomph view and my sister was next to my room so we can talk through the window and taking lovely picture with the view also we were lucky to see the helicopters and airplane show tricolor for 14th July French National Day

Amazing hotel in amazing location

This is the 2nd time I am staying at Belfast as we love it so much! The staff are so nice and helpful and managed to book activities for us that were sold out on the website, they upgraded us for free again to an amazing room with the view of the arch of triumph. The room is nice and clean , mattresses are so comfortable and the Location is amazing. Thank you so much we had a great time .

Amazing! Exceeded all our expectations

Staff are so friendly and helpful with any questions we have and with planning our trip, the location is the best as very close to main attractions, we have been upgraded for free to a room with a balcony and amazing view of the arch of triumph. We were so happy with the room, very clean and nice, bed is very comfortable and wifi worked amazing in the room. They were happy for us to leave our luggage after checkout for the day and we cane pick up before we left to the airport. Thank you so much ! We had the best time and we will definitely stay here again!
