The reception staff was absolutely great and went out of their way to make a guest feel welcome. Especially Brice is very professional and goes out of his way to make you feel 'at home'. Amazing.
The room is perfect, the beds comfortable and the AC working well. And it is very quite although in the middle of the old town. Potable Water in the room and on demand was supplied which was very appreciated specially during this heat period.
The entire place is wonderful and consists of several buildings in the middle of the old town, walking distance to all sights.
There is a very nice restaurant inside and in the court yard, a bar as well inside and in a medieval courtyard.
Our room has not been cleaned even at 4 pm and the toilet could have been cleaned better. When requested to be done, it was immediately taken care of.

Really good location, 5 mins walk to the square where all the restaurants and bars are.
Disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Sunday

Lovely clean and well equipped room. Great air conditioning and good bathroom with great shower. Lovely courtyard and bar area.
Nothing although it was very hot and the bar areas could benefit from ceiling fans.
