Nice overnight stay on our way to Italy

The food at the restaurant is always amazing.we always enjoy our dinner.

Our toilet had an unpleasant smell of urine, as if it hadn'd been cleaned thoroughly. The smell was similar to a dirty public toilet. We didn't mentioned to the staff only because we were so tired by our long journey.

Good business hotel, great bedding

The rooms were clean and better than just functional. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, the best in our two weeks in France. The hotel staff were very friendly on arrival and answered questions well. We were there too briefly to make the most of the facilities.

Paying for parking didn't seem particularly good but I was able to charge my car, which made up for it. Dinner was a little limited and the dishes were adequate without being great.

A lovely hotel within a short walk of the town centre which worked well for us.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous lots of choice and all fresh and well cooked.

Disappointingly, the pool was not open despite the very warm weather and, importantly, there was no mention of the closure when I booked. The lady on reception explained that the hotel had not had time to prepare for the good weather. This was a strange explanation and definitely detracted from my stay as one of the reasons I chose the Mercure was because it has a pool.

We booked here as was a great location for exploring Dijon on our long weekend trip to Eastern France. Only a 15 minute walk into the city centre, it was ideally located for us to be able to explore Dijon. Underground parking with electric charging points was a real plus meaning we were able to head onto our next destination with ease. Rooms were large, modern and comfortable. Overall a nice stay.

Not a lot we didn’t like, hotel worked well for us on our one night visit to Dijon.

A great location and a 10 min walk to the city centre.

We liked the parking, the room and bed was comfortable, and breakfast was of a good standard with both hot and cold offerings.

There was no bacon left when we sat down, and this was not addressed for the duration of the breakfast. That was the only fault of our stay.

Cozy, comfortable room, recently refurbished - good bed. Helpful, friendly staff on reception. Good breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant one evening - it's not for everyday dining, but for a special evening it was outstanding. Perfect cooking, careful. attentive, unobtrusive service, serious wine list.

Car park is a bit cramped, but no more so than many city centre hotels with parking underneath the building. We were lucky to get a space when arriving at 18.30.

The design room was more expensive but better.

There was no coffee machine for a room that was more than 140€ a night. No snacks in the fridge. Also as I arrived late midday for work, there was no option to eat anything on a Sunday. No coffee milk in the room. The ironing board I requested was too small to iron work clothes. The gyms equipment were a bit average.
