We booked one of the 1-bedroom apartments for two of us for 13 nights. It worked out so well. The location was excellent. The decor is basic, but fine; the bed was comfortable; the shower worked well. The apartment lighting was a bit sparse, but not a big deal. Thank you to all at this lovely former convent.

We chose this hotel as a stopover on the way down to the south of France (from the UK). It’s a gorgeous hotel conveniently located in the heart of Dijon, surrounded by shops & restaurants. The room was spacious & spotlessly clean, staff really friendly. We would highly recommend and would love to return in the future.

Everything was perfect except for the fact that it was super cold in the room , the heating couldn’t match the super cold!

The room had a small ventilator on when we arrived. Didn't make anything of it but turned it off when we left and went for dinner. When we arrived two hours later the room smelled like a sewer, very humid and moldy. We opened the closet which had a big boiler and a very pungeant smell came out. It was 22h30 and we went to the reception explaining everything. The lady came to the room and confirmed the smell, but said there was no other room available. She sent the technician and he also confirmed the bad smell and let some water run through the boiler but couldn't do anything else for the smell. We didn't know the area and it was already late so we had no option but sleep in the bad smell. We moved the bed as close as possible to the window to make it doable. The next morning they just kept repeating they could do nothing, but didn't even offer a discount or any sort of compensation. Never staying here again and don't recommend it.
