Very good price, perfect location, very good breakfast.

All day reception, very kind staff. Even helped me to carry luggages to 1st floor. Rooms are simple bit very clean, nice bathroom and toilet. Comfortable mattress. Very close to city center, 5-10min walk. Breakfast was just perfect and a lot, for a really good price!

I would prefer a full cover of duvet/blanket, not just a sheet under. Building itself is a bit dated, but very clean so we didn't mind at all.

Good value traditional hotel

Room was clean and warm with everything needed. I used a pillow from wardrobe as I found bolster on bed uncomfortable for sleeping. I didn't have breakfast and not much interaction with staff. Hotel not far from station and town centre with small grocery shops nearby

I don't think there was a kettle in the room , but might be mis remembering. No plugs for phone charging near bed

Great location walking distance to old city and lovely staff

Very friendly and helpful staff, they were all excellent!

Only 1 electric socket in room, none in tbe bathroom. They should have at least 2. I could hear people in other rooms through the night. The wifi kept dropping out. The bed was not as comfortable as other hotels. The pillows not good quality.

Good for a short stay

Good location, close to a beautiful park and one of the main streets for shopping and that leads to the centre where the museums are. The staff was polite and accommodating. The breakfast was good, the fresh viennoiseries and bread were delicious. Tea, coffee, chocolate and cereals are available in a buffet style.

Victor Hugo was translated to English, shall the hotel get inspired?

Nice clean hotel in a good location, my review could be better in summer... and maybe if site staff could show some empathy. I speak fluently 5 languages but I do not plan to learn French for an accidental hotel visits

"French only" could be a part of the French atmosphere but I could not resolve a few major issues: 1) heating was inefficient and I felt cold all the night 2) pillow was pretty uncomfortable, I could not decide whether to use my jacket as a pillow or to heat myself 3) parking was outside the hotel, the gate seemed to be close, so I had no access to my jacket, anyway I was really angry in the morning. I better postponed my review to avoid 1-2 points review

Pleasant and conveniently located, good value, no elevator

Hotel is very well located, just a short walk from the main attractions. The street is quiet and parking is available on the street and in the courtyard. For travellers with large luggage it is worth noting there is no elevator, which is inconvenient if you get a room at the second floor as we had.

The hotel is near the city center and we didn't need to move the car (that you can leave in the hotel parking). Our room was good and had a big bathroom. Breakfast was delicious!

A decent stay

The staff are very friendly and nice. There is a microwave, kettle and tea stuff on every floor.

The rooms are not well isolated so you get to hear any sound from the rooms around or above you. In addition, there is only one electricity socket in the room.

Tasty breakfast, view into a quiet garden and very kind staff. And garage for a good price is a great bonus.

The wifi did not work for me and there is no lift if you have heavier bags, it is good to know.

Good place in nice city

Small, cozy hotel nearby Old Town. Very nice and helpful staff. Room was cozy, clean and in very good condition. Breakfast was simple but good and worthy of its price. Bathroom was clean and nice. Hotel is nearby Old Town (5 minutes walk) and very good brasserie with traditional local dishes is on the same street. Hotel has small underground parking garage, which will be tricky to use if you have big car but we managed it.

toilet was separated from bathroom and has no sink, it isn't my favorite configuration.

The room is not very big, but spacious enough. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is not in the city center, but it is 15 mins walk to the city.

Nothing, but if you want to stay in the city center, this hotel is not in the center. It is 1 km from the hotel to Place de la Libération.
