Reasonable value for money.

Easy to find, not very expensive, beds were comfortable, no bathroom and toilet to share. Near Dijon centre. Good nights’ sleep to continue journey next day.

Absolute shambles, wants removing from booking.com

Nothing.

We arrived and there was an issue with the booking, they couldn’t find our booking.com confirmation even though we showed confirmation email. We were made to wait and the receptionist didn’t have a clue what to do. (Different guy to the manager) Then the whole saga unfolded. The hotel is advertised as having Airconditioning. The aircon in our first room didn’t work so we went to reception and complained, given another room with the same situation and then given a third. After all of this hassle and clear inconvenience to the manager, the manager stated that the aircon won’t go below 25c as it’s an old building. This is a clear excuse for an old and inadequate system. Bear in mind it was 39c outside that day. Do not stay here if you want to be cool in your room. Complete disgrace from start to finish. In the end we walked out and went to stay at the new holiday inn around the corner. Spend £40 more and go somewhere that values your business and provides what it says it does.

Really good - except for the bfast cofffee.

Everything was really good. They provided free secure garage parking. The evening meal was excellent as was the breakfast & bedroom.

The breakfast coffee from a machine was disappointing & out of step. It wasn’t hot enough & the flavour was poor.

we do not recommend this hotel.

the location was close to the motorway and they have a very spacious car park.

there was no heating despite the efforts of the staff from the reception, who were limited by the hotel resources. we arrived at the hotel at 2:00pm and the online check in was specified from 2:30pm but at the reception we were told to come back at3:00pm. when we asked if we can have a drink in the restaurant we were told that they were very busy, despite the fact that in the restaurant out of all the tables, there were only 3 tables occupied (6-7 people). breakfast was decent but the dishes were very dusty.

French stop over

We had 2 rooms at the top of hotel. Very nicely decorated, bathroom was a little tired but clean. We ate at the restaurant outside & we all enjoyed our meals. Plenty of parking space.

Maybe the position wasn't quite what I was expecting, but it was a stop over in our way to Spain, good for a few nights.

parking entrance from the main road is worse, my car hit the ground twice later I noticed there is a good entrance at a side road. This should have been pointed out before

The hotel is cean and rooms are comfortable for a short trip but pretty tight

- The entrance of the hotel is dangerous if your car is low, it badly damaged our car. We reported it to the staff which didn't seem very sorry for the issue, mentioning people normally use another entrance (Google map gave us that direction, so i can only expect it was the same for most of the other guests of this hotel) - breakfast is really expensive - when we arrived, the fridge was locked so we had to call in the receptionist really late at night and ask him to unlock it
