Great overnight stop, clean, modern, friendly staff

Was good on reception worker

For adult 2 people and 1 child 4,6 years old was given us room with small bed , and my man slept on floor because no space in bed …. Was cold , we 4 times tried up air conditioner but anyway was cold ….. and douche was not for talk people . So we got bad experience

Check in was quick and efficient. Room was exactly as expected.

Had dinner in the restaurant. I had the caesar salad with chicken and crispy bacon. The bacon wasn't crispy and would think it was cooked in the microwave. Chicken was definitely cooked earlier and came out of the fridge. Not the best and wished I had selected something else.

Breakfast Welcoming teams Forgot our toothbrush home and the team offered 2 immediately to our room for free.

The spa didn't have the Hammam working properly. It wasn't too hot. And there were no more available towels there. Also the rooms cards to enter gets frequently de-magnetized. We had to replace our card 3 times!

I usually stay in the superior room. This time I opted for the standard and there was black mould in the bathroom on the shower ceiling which was a bit concerning.

It is a regular 2 star hotel next to a shopping center, only the prices are for 4 star hotels. The view of the premium room was to the roof of a shopping center with A/C installations.

Great stop near motorway.

Close to motorway. Next door to tram into Dijon. Next door to shopping centre with plenty restaurants. Park for strolling across the road. Plenty of free parking. Friendly English speaking staff. Good choices for breakfast.

Aircon in room was not sufficient in the very high temperature that was experienced during our stay 35 during the day. It may be ok in normal circumstances.

Perfect stopover

The pool wax a big bonus, and being so close to the shopping centre gives you lots of options. The run into Dijon was just long enough and we caught the tram back. Very friendly staff and room was comfortable and clean.

Rooms were not clean, especially bathrooms. It appears that pets are allowed at the property, in which case a deep clean of rooms is required to keep them clean. This was not the case unfortunately.

No proper room service. Dirty brown shower curtains in the bathroom. Bathroom not clean. Gym was not clean. Sticky machines

I’m not mad, I’m disappointed

The mall

The dishes in which food was served were dirty, the ceiling of the bathroom was moldy, the walls were falling apart, the phone was broken, the signage inconsistent and confusing and they advertise EV charging but charge 20 euros an hour for 12kw. I would have been better off investing the money in a tent.

Superb

Very beautiful hotel with swimming pool and wellness. The gym is very very basic. Friendly stuff. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good. The breakfast was also good. It's next to a shopping center with restaurantes and bars. ! What a delight 😋

The pillows are very flat. When I ask for extras they didn't have anymore left. So I had back pain in the morning.

Pleasant

An out of town location but the tram stop is right outside the hotel. The car park has barriers but a sign in the hotel warned to leave nothing of value in or bicycles on the car, indicating thieves may be a problem in the area. Our car was fine but parked well away from the tram stop. Breakfast was fine - typical continental. It's next door to a shopping mall.

Probably the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in, they offer a choice of pillows but the bed was not good. W.e ate dinner in the restaurant & wished we hadn't - limited menu, expensive & the chef doesn't know what dauphinoise potatoes are. A better choice would be the 3 Brasseurs next door - a mini brewery, cheaper & more choice.
