Clean, comfortable and friendly hotel in great location for the train station.

The location near the station and a short walk to restaurants was excellent. The staff (especially Christophe) were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage before a late train.

We’d have appreciated the option if lighter bedding as we felt quite hot.

Excellent hotel with a superb location and extraordinary staff!

You couldn’t have asked for a better location! Easy access right off the train station, and right at the beginning of the best part of town! A lot of the tours began very close to the hotel. The staff was exceptional., Christophe receptionist for most of our stay, made our visit. He was so informative, and so helpful and went out of his way to make our stay at the hotel a memorable one. The rooms were updated, the air-conditioning worked excellent, it suited every need. It was extremely quiet for being so close to such a busy area.

Great Location and Wonderful Service

The hotel was just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Dijon and happily accepted dogs. Rose at reception was amazing — so friendly and helpful, even booking a restaurant for us. The hotel was very clean, with the added bonus of a safe in the room. We stayed here as a stopover on our trip to Umbria and would definitely return again.

Comfortable and convenient stay in Dijon

Loved staying at this Best Western. We arrived by train from Paris and the hotel is literally across the road from the main Dijon train station. The rooms were very spacious and airy. The entire facility was clean and welcoming. There is a lovely central staircase, which has been tastefully renovated. The historic Dijon city center is a short walk from the the hotel. Lots of eateries and shops around, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel. We had a smooth check-in and were also allowed a late check-out at 12. The staff was friendly. We also opted to have breakfast at the hotel, which was very good. Would highly recommend and was really good value for money.

Was clean but was too hot because no A/C was working

The Air conditioning wasn’t working. Even went to the reception to sort it out but the guy in reception said there isn’t anything he can do

Pleasant hotel in an ideal position

Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent location close to public transport hub, great 50% parking discount in very secure station car park nearby, beautifully clean room, very comfortable bed, TV with BBC news, kettle and fridge - everything you could want and need except for a phone charger socket.

The shower head was loose and spraying upwards directly into the light fitting above it. I was able to tighten it by hand but it shouldn't have been left like that.

Breakfast is really bad, although the person managing the breakfast is very nice. There are no facilities in the Hotel, everything is located at the other Kyriad location.

the style of the design is good. it has a spa not far away from it. very close to train station. staffs are friendly

Great location opposite the train station & easy stroll to old town. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed and great pillows. Everything you needed was in the room - kettle, mini bar, iron & ironing board. Good breakfast.

It is close to the train station and not to far from the city center. You have a kettle in the room which is useful to make a quick tea.

Not much English spoken at the reception from some of the staff. The magnetic cards used to open the doors demagnetize 2 times a day and need to be recharged. This is annoying especially when you stay 8 days and almost every time you go up to the 3rd floor you find out you cannot open the door and need to get down again. The swimming pool (located in another partner hotel) seemed to me agressively treated with some chemicals (not chlorine, according to the smell). I only used it in the first day, then I refrained from going.
