Very Pleasant Stay

Small bed side shelfs, more funiture would be nice like extra chair as there was a lot of space but not enough actual living spaces.

Hotel is clean, location is ok for a stop over.

There was no one on-site to greet us. We couldn’t get in the building as it was self check in after 9pm even though we got there at 8-30. We couldn’t get access to the rooms. Terrible service, eventually a man tried to communicate with us but could speak no English fortunately we can speak a bit of Spanish. Took about 45 mins to get in our rooms.

Clean and modern - a good spot for both overnight and longterm accommodation.

Plenty of space in the room with modern facilities and all squeaky clean.

The navigation into the front entrance was a bit of a challenge because you can´t see the main entrance from the road. You need to drive in between other buildings before you see the B&B tucked away behind them.

Bed bugs!!! Don’t stay here!

My whole family (myself, husband and two children) were full of bed bug bites after staying in the hotel. This was the only hotel we stayed in so we are 100% certain that we were bitten at this hotel. I contacted the hotel several days ago so they could tackle the problem, but I didn’t get a reaction. This has had a huge negative impact on our holidays, so we’re all very shocked this happened and that the hotel does not seem to be taking any action. Considering that we are covered in bites from head to toe, this must be large ongoing infestation. I can not imagine that we would be the first ones complaining.

Could do better

Had been travelling all day in car. Convenient spot to break our journey. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Parking provided. Breakfast staff warm & friendly.

Check in staff ignoring us and speaking in French to another staff member. Couldn't make coffee in our room. Needed to come downstairs & get coffee from a machine. Paper cups in room-no china cup or glass. No bottle opener or cork screw available. Not walking distance to cafe/restaurant for dinner. Had peanut M& M for dinner.

Exceptional

Great place to stay while travelling. Easy access from motorway, but not noisy. With big, safe and free underground car park. The room was good size with air-conditioning. Perfect for hot summer day. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great hotel, Huge family room, perfect location for visiting the city or passing through.

The hotel is a new build and looks like it has recently opened, the reception area was welcoming, we booked a family room which was huge and well laid out with a double and two singles. The hotel has parking although we were unable to access due to a roof box on the car.

The reception staff were not the friendliest on our arrival, taking some time to find our booking and direct us to the room, however, on our return from a visit into Dijon they engaged really well with our two children.

Great low cost hotel

This is a new hotel in an out of town location. It was an overnight stopover for us travelling back to the UK from Italy and was easily accessed from Dijon’s circular road. All we needed was a bed for the night and it was perfect for that. It is a budget, low cost model hotel, but it was very clean and very comfortable all the same. Great for an overnight stopover if travelling by car or travelling on business to this part of Dijon, but there’s not much in the area if you’re looking for a restaurant or bar.

The area is still a building site, but the hotel is finished and seemed fully operational.

Cela n’a pas été notre cas mais cela a semblé compliqué pour des couples qui sont arrivés alors que l’accueil ( et les portes) étaient fermés, d’obtenir les codes pour entrer !

Bed en deken waren heel vies lag veel haartjes op bed ik ben twee keer naar beneden geweest niemand was daar om me helpen normaal gesproken moet altijd iemand daar aanwezig zijn voor klanten.ik kon heel nacht niet slapen en de dag daarna had ik bij receptie mijn situatie uitgelegd ze zouden met mij contact opnemen maar nog steeds niks gehoord. Ik raad jullie aan niet naar deze hotel gaan!

Un séjour parfait avec une chambre propre et un personnel très sympathique

Super petit déjeuner. Beaucoup de choix. Etant les seuls a prendre le petit déjeuner, le personnel nous a offert un sac plein de vienoiserie pour la route. Super sympa de leur part. .

Le lit un peu dur pour moi et mon partenaire mais la dureté du lit est propre à chacun.
