Perfectly located for a stay at Dijon

Excellent and convenient location; not only is it well situated to reach by train or by car (good parking btw), but it's also only a ten minute walk to anywhere in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

The shower wasn't great: relatively small shower head + not possible to avoid lots of water coming on the bathroom floor.

Adequate for a 1 night stay - Just

Quite centrally located right opposite train station and an easy 10 minute walk into town. Rooms at the back are quite quiet.Staff are efficient. Breakfast was adequate but very busy as there was a coach party staying.Good car parking which although in the open looked fairly secure.

Rooms are quite small and there are no tea or coffee making facilities. The mattress topper appears to be rubber !! and made for a very hot night's sleep. We have stayed in Dijon quite a lot there are better alternatives. Not great value for money either.

Mixed probably stay at another Ibis if travelling next time

Very central for walk to town. As you would expect from Ibis

Covering on the mattress was plastic, uncomfortable even with air con on, although didn’t bother my husband! Went in to dinner and sat down, only to be told in no uncertain terms we should have waited to be seated, pointed out there was no one around to ask, as consequence ages taking our order and had 3 forkfuls of spaghetti with a piece chicken not worth money, gave up waiting for desert! Have to say morning staff were lovely!!!!

Clean, buffet was sufficient, close to the train station

The airconditioning could be better/ cooler. We were lucky the temperature outside was better but it would've been horrible if it was still in the 30s. If we cannot adjust the temperature, at least let us open the window.

Perfect for a 1 night stop

Easy access, good parking at the back, perfect for a night stop when on the way. They accepted our dog and rabbit and had a very friendly staff! Thanks

It remains an overall standard hotel, so perfect for a night stop but I wouldn’t spend full holidays there.

Very poor, never again

The location of the hotel was very good. The staff in the morning were friendly and helpful. Parking was very convenient and easy to access. The hotel let us leave the car while we made a tour of the city.

The room was poor. The shower head was broken and had to be held to use it. There were no hand towels in the bathroom. There were no clean tables in the restaurant when we arrived for breakfast.

location is nice, right next to a beautiful botanical garden and walking distance to the train station. Dijon is a great place to visit.

The breakfast was very bad. We arrived at the last opportunity before it ended and it really did feel that way. The buffet was a mess and we were scraping dishes to get any food.

Th garden was beautiful and the communal areas. The shower was great.

The bedroom was like a shoe box, felt like I was suffocating. Very bad bedding and the mattress felt like a topper not an actual mattress and the sheet was coming off the mattress which felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. Very uncomfortable pillows. No extra pillows or towels. Just one bath matt so nothing to put on the floor near sink. No coffee machine in the room. We were charged €19 for one small water, a beer and a Fanta!! Then for a large water, Fanta and beer €12!!! Will not stay again.

Well located

It is very well located, near the old town and de train station. Is is quite and has a private parking.

The toilet was not clean, there seemed to be some quite old dirt in it. There was also no brush to clean the toilet. I also found some hair in the bathroom.

Would recommend - easy to find, parking on site, no issues

Usual Ibis facilities but breakfast choice better than normal. 25 min pleasant walk to old part of Dijon or 15 min to City Gastronomique. Dinner at Hotel also very good. Dog charge 6 Euro per night.

Unpleasant mattress protector which makes for a sweaty night - there are better ones available.

The kindness of the staff and the facility to walk around on foot in Dijon from the hotel

Breakfast refill took a bit long sometimes and we had to be asking for missing croissants or water glasses before breakfast time ended. Otherwise, the croissants were tasty.

The perfect spot for an enjoyable evening and relaxing night in Dijon while in route to/from Southern France: courteous and helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, connected rooms on request, nice breakfast buffet, free secured parking where you can leave your stuff in the car, walking distance (15 min) from gorgeous city centre with good restaurants and bars.
