The staff where very nice, the hotel needs a refurbishment especially the air conditioning unit taped up with black tape

Easy to locate, staff friendly and helpful and the restaurant looked very nice although didn’t eat there.

Small room with noisy heater which had been taped up with black tape, shower very small and the hot water tap was lukewarm! In need of refurbishment.

Convenient location for the motorway, nice restaurant and plenty of parking.

The room was quite small and the bathroom was unbelievably small. The bath with shower above had the screen fitted at the wrong end! This was because if it was fitted at the top end where it should be you wouldn’t be able to get in the bath because of the sink being in the way! Very strange.

Great location just off motorway, the restaurant is fabulous, far better than we expected

Our first room immediately smelt damp, the carpet was wet in hallway, we were moved straight away , 2nd room was fine , clean & comfortable

Decent option for a one night travel stop.

The personal was friendly, helpful and spoke decent English

Everything was very tires and worn down. The top mattress was too narrow. And the breakfast was very expensive whilst being a fairly basic hotel breakfast.

Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was extremely good. Also had an evening meal that was fantastic - well prepared and plentiful.

Convince, but little overpriced for very run down hotel

Location is great for stopover on the long journey from south-east France to UK

Broken AC unit (still working) but full of nasty dust and made us feel very uneasy. Staff member did not see “much wrong” and did not offer another room. 😮‍💨

A good break on a long drive to the Alps.

Last minute booking ( ie an hour before.) Friendly reception, had noted our request for dinner. The meal was very good, healthy, good choice, good portions served well. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean and really good shower.

The one to avoid unless you are desperate for that location

Maybe just that fact they have a nice terrace outside where I could sit with my dog ..and location was perfect for our travel

I did not appreciate that staff wanted to charge us twice for hotel while I paid , they asked my husband to pay again while I was not around; they also tried to overcharge us for dinner which was one sales and chips and they asked twice more when I quested it they said no problem pay less - incredible ! They did not let our small dog in to eating area and it’s listed as pets friendly place, the food was rubbish I never seen worse food that served in a restaurant, the rooms were okay, breakfasts very poor but just about ok , no cheese no eggs or bacon ( no cooked breakfast ).

Perfect place for an intermediate stop on the way to the South of France

The dinner was of good quality and very fair price. We took the 2 course meal for 21 euro, which was nice. For the kids we had a kids menu of 10 euro which was a very large portion of chicken with fries, and also a huge icecream as desert. The kids received more than enough for only 10 euro. Also breakfast was decent and had all what we expected.

Bit of baked bacon and cold milk would make the breakfast buffet complete
