ideal as a functional stopover for onward journey

location access at night. We arrived after midnight quiet for a good night sleep functional breakfast

comfort of beds and pillows booked a twin and 2 doubles with sofa, got 1 twin, 1 double with sofa and 1 double which didn't quite work with the teenagers breakfast area too busy

Exceeded my expectations

Excellent location for travelling through France. Super friendly staff at reception when we arrived. Impressed with overall cleanliness. Good continental breakfast.

Pity there is no on site restaurant. We walked to the fish restaurant nearby - excellent food. But my 90 year old mother in law did not like the walk in the rain and the dark.

friendliness of staff - location - cleanliness

technical issues - I had to drive 1200 KM and booked a room halfway for which I paid 150€. At night it was impossible to sleep - it got over 26 degrees and we could not change it. Opening the window was a none go as our room was on the streetside and near the airport - so too noisy. At 4.30 am I called reception. They tried to help resetting the thermotat but in vain- at that time it was 27.5 degrees. At 7 am it was almost 29 degres !!! The issue was known by the hotel - I would have preferred to be warned or at least be offered a replacement room.

Pleasing albeit brief stay as a stop off on our way to the alps.

Quick efficient check-in, room clean and as expected, stay in line with all our expectations.

Reception staff and location

1. I found 1 tissue with blood under the blanket!! That's mean no-one changed the blanket or the bed sheet!! It's already used from the previous guest or I don't know since when!! (Attached photo FYR) unacceptable at all from IHG company!! 2. Spoons and cups were dirty ! One of the sugar sachets were already opened and used!! 3. No bottles of water inside the room (like any hotel in the world) when I asked about water they informed that in this hotel we didn't put bottles of water inside rooms!!! So I went to reception and I bought one small bottle for 2.5 euro! 4. No wardrobe. Only hangers! 5. No mini fridge!! 6. No safety box in the room! 7. Housekeeper she didn't respect and apply the standard of knocking the door and they open the door directly with their master key!! I know the standards for respected hotels they have to knock the door 3 times, if no-one opened the door or answered after that they can open the door, but for your hotel I don't know how they're hired and how they trained!!! 100€ per night for what?!?! I was not expecting this from IHG group as we booked in IHG group as we trusted in them!! But for this hotel it was really 0/10 NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL GUYS!
